Can enjoy the sunset with the mystic view of lake with Chinese nets. Long walk Way's sitting chairs. Local restaurants give us fully relaxing atmosphere. Local people's sell salted dry fishes offers premium quality. It's another advantage of this walkway. No entry fee, can walk all the time.

Its a very nice & calm place to chit and take rest. Spend some time with your partner. Only minus I found is unfortunately it's on the side of a road & the sound of traffic will be going on in ur ears always.

Good scenery within city limits but the place could be elevated even more to make it well maintained and soothing ambience. Street food in India has no monitoring to keep them hygienic and healthy.

One of those places which remind us why Kerala is called God's own country - where we get natural visual treats bang inside the city. May not be to everyone's taste. Good for a bit of photography and idling in the evening/morning. Walkway is not too long and not much crowd. Water is not clean and smells slightly bad, but not too repelling either. No mosquitoes. Better to go by a two wheeler.

It’s in between Champakkara to Panampilly nagar route. Nice to spend time in the morning and evening aa we can see beautiful sunrise and sunset. There are lot of benches to sit and spend time. Also bicycle service is there as we can pay easily and get the cycle for a day or as we wish. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Pokkoli walk way is near to the lake shore. One time watchable.

This a recent development, really a great initiative to improve outdoors of the city which has very limited outdoor spaces. It was devwloped alongside the metro project. The highlight of the place is the beautiful Chilavnoor lake in the middle of the city, the surrounding greenery, birds and beautiful houses and apartments around it. The place has a walkway with enough seatings and tree. shades. Since this has become a local attraction the neighborhood also has few food carts and the local fishing community has also opened stalls for selling fishes and produce. Few necessary improvements could be to install some pull up bars, outdoor gym equipments this will be fun for kids and adults. Kochi is perhaps few cities with no outdoor. One request to vositors and locals is to not pollute the place there is a lot of plastic in the lake which makes it ugly, the place would last only if you keep it clean. Dumping waste also impacts the fish population which is a livelihood and increases chances of diseases like dengue and malaria. Just a little bit responsibility from everyone can create a lot of difference

A peaceful place which also has a low cost restaurant. It will be good to spend time here at sunset time. The local fishermen used to work at the Chinese nets around 6 pm here. It's a wonderful viewpoint to spend your quality time.

Title: "Pokkali Park: A Tranquil Escape into Nature's Embrace" Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Pokkali Park is a hidden gem that unveils itself as a serene oasis nestled in the heart of nature. My recent visit to this enchanting park left me captivated and rejuvenated, making it an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. From the moment I stepped into Pokkali Park, I was greeted by a lush green landscape that immediately transported me away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The park's design seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, offering a harmonious balance between well-manicured spaces and untouched beauty. The well-maintained walking paths wind through picturesque gardens, creating an idyllic setting for a leisurely stroll. I found myself immersed in the beauty of diverse flora, from vibrant flowers to majestic trees, creating a soothing atmosphere that invites visitors to unwind and connect with nature. One of the standout features of Pokkali Park is its commitment to preserving biodiversity. The park's ecosystem supports a variety of bird species, and I was fortunate enough to witness the graceful dance of butterflies amid the flowers. This emphasis on maintaining a thriving natural habitat adds a layer of authenticity to the park, making it a haven for both nature enthusiasts and those simply looking to escape into the tranquility of the outdoors. Pokkali Park also excels in providing educational opportunities. Informative displays scattered throughout the park offer insights into the local ecosystem, the significance of Pokkali farming, and the efforts taken to conserve the area. This educational aspect enhances the overall experience, making the visit not only enjoyable but also enlightening. Facilities at Pokkali Park are well-maintained, with clean and accessible amenities, making it a comfortable destination for visitors of all ages. The friendly and knowledgeable staff contribute to the welcoming atmosphere, ready to assist with any inquiries and share their passion for the park's natural wonders. In conclusion, Pokkali Park is a hidden sanctuary that beckons with its natural beauty and tranquil ambiance. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape, a family outing, or a solo adventure into nature, this park offers a perfect blend of serenity and education. My time at Pokkali Park was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural world.

Nice place to sit and relax. Benches to sit and nice trees to sit under shades. Beautiful waterfront scenery to gaze upon. Bringing two wheelers will be convenient since there is not much space for parking.

A place to relax. Unlike the roaring sound of the city, it is peaceful and calm. Many benches are provided so that one can relax and enjoy the peaceful view.

One the few places in the whole of Ernakulam district where one can witness the most mesmerizing sunsets in Kochi , with the traditional backwaters view overshadowed by the mystic beauty of the Chinese fishing nets. Being a native Kadavanthra resident it brings to extreme pride and pleasure in suggesting people the most beautiful scenic landscape rich photographic location in Kochi. Truly a unique spot and a tranquil location in midst of the crowded urban conglomeration of Kochi city.
