We had a great experience with Driver Shan vas during our trip 7feb to 13 Feb. 2020. with the help of Cholan tours we had amazing vacation in Kerala. part of the package we had a healthy Nature Walk with Organic tea tasting at Only Organic in Munnar.

I’m really disappointed as we didn’t get proper hotels and boat safari was also not provided as promised earlier. I’m so offended that I cannot recommend cholan tours to anyone in future.

Fantastic tour experience. We have just finished our tour of Keralla, Munar and Alleppey with Cholan Tours and it was a fantastic experience and one we would highly recommend. They are a great company to travel with and our 4 day tour ran very smoothly and hassle free due to the professional manner and experience of our driver Juby who was with us for the entire 4 days of the tour. Negotiating traffic in any of the cities we visited and all the small towns in between is not for the faint hearted but with the professional and cool headed Juby behind the wheel we always felt safe. He looked after us extremely well during our entire trip and whatever we asked of him it was no trouble. He was always smiling and is a very personable man and it was a pleasure to have him as our driver for the four days. We would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to anybody considering a tour of this part of India. Thank you to Cholan Tours and our fantastic driver Juby for such a wonderful and hassle free experience in this beautiful part of India.

We booked a 2 night luxury houseboat stay with Cholan tours . First impressions were good as we boarded but on further inspection things went from bad to worse . We paid £485 for 2 nights . I need not say more I will just add photos . We complained as we could not stay the 2 nights , the tour operator booked a 1 night stay in kumarakom lake resort for the other night and provided us with an evening meal . I requested a refund due to the absolutely horrendous experience we had , not only the hygiene but also we were given an itinerary prior to the trip , this was not followed , all we did was visit a shop at the side of the water where we bought crab and prawns for a tip off price of £25 , these were cooked that evening for our meal which should have been provided in the package . If we hadn’t bought the crab and prawns ourself I don’t know what would have been provided. A mini bar was stated but when visiting the shop was told if we wanted soft drinks we could buy them there . No coffee and tea in our room , tv did not work and no Wi-Fi .
