Finally a place that’s serious about the food, not just the ambience ! Pros: - Highly trained chefs - Food is made in a very hygienic environment and is probably the best tasting cafe food in Kochi - Great ambience, decent songs - The Bakery items are the highlight of the place, should definitely try the eclairs, hazelnut bar and the breads Cons: -Not exactly a con, but they do not have many options for vegetarians, that's kind of a turn off. ( I'm non veg, but parents are veg) Overall, really nice staff, amazing food.

Very disappointed with the food and service offered. I chose pandhal to meet a friend's family with some good food after trusting the reviews given by various food bloggers. But the food provided was below average. The food was fresh, but the taste was just not satisfactory. We were very disappointed. One of the major highlights given by various food bloggers was the "pulled pork sandwich with jus", hence had ordered the same.. the dish came incomplete as the "jus" was missing and the taste was very very disappointing as the sandwich was very dry and has no big taste. To add to this disappointment was the service delay. We had to wait for half n hour for each dish and had to keep asking them as to when would our dish be served etc. The restaurant wasn't busy with a lot of guests and there were many tables empty. The one plus that i felt was the ambience as it was nice.. but that never justified the amount you pay for the below par food. I am very saddened to have had such a bad experience after all the reviews I've had read about pandhal. It felt like, we just spent money on nothing. Very disappointed.

This is Pandhal's newly opened cafe. Just as their cake shops the quality is maintained throughout. The cafe offers some unique dishes which are just amazing and the taste just marvelous. The staffs are very friendly and very well informed about the dishes they provide. There are inside and outdoor seatings available. A bit expensive but taking into consideration the quality and quantity they provide its fine. All the dishes are of western style and I'm pretty sure everyone will love the Ambience and the food.

Just loved the place. Feels like you are sitting in a deli in Europe or US. The interiors and the overall setting is well thought and done right. Good music and the service is too notch. Food on offer is exceptional, the confectionery and bakery will make your heart wanting to come back for more. The deli is going to be our ' Brunch Place' 😁

We visited after hearing a lot about the cafe. Espresso shot was on point.✌️ Cinnamon roll, though great in texture and taste ,was served cold. Korean BBQ pork with picked carrots and omlette is a must try🤤. But it was not much of Korean flavour ,when asked they said it's more like an Asian way. But ,service was good and friendly and well mannered staff! Great ambience to have a great time in Kochi. Also ,they serve great tea! 👍

First of all their ambience is superb and too cool, designed with an echo friendly vibe. Nice lighting if you want to enjoy the cafe ambience, you should visit at night. The cafe has a lot of seating and family, couple, friends, and a friendly atmosphere. Coming to their cakes it has a wide range of collections in cakes, buns, non veg, desserts, cookies,brownney,hot and cool beverages. Personally I felt their pricing is gentle and comparatively better. Staffs are so polite and friendly with us. Their servicing also excellent. Totally a worth experience with panthal cafe and Deli❤

We went to the cafe & deli to buy some pastries and snacks. Also, we sat down and had coffee and bagel. Pandhal is well known for their consistent quality and what was served to us met our expectations. There are tables inside as well as outside, in open air. Car parking is available. Good ambience with relaxing decor. Breakfast items were seen on the menu apart from pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, cakes and bread items.

All time favourite place! Excellent food with exquisite presentation! Beef short ribs was too good ! The pumpkin purée and beans were complimenting it so well! Must try desserts are hazelnut crunch bar, eclairs, chocolate filled doughnuts and caramel chocolate tart Their Bagels are also worth a try ! One of my absolute favourites I would give them a 10 stars if possible ❤️

Cafe with a great indoor and outdoor seating, ample car parking and of course the ambience- too good. Had a honey almond pie, red velvet with white chocolate truffle, a frappe and a spiced pineapple. The honey almond pie was too yummy but the red velvet was not a great pick👎. Same was the case of beverage we had out there, the frappe was good but the spiced pineapple was insipid.

I would say they do have a different menu. Although I’m not a huge fan of their savoury, I love their desserts. Especially eclair and a few pies. In my opinion, for the price they charge, the quantity feels a bit less.

The place provides you a clean and friendly ambience with outdoor seating. There's ample parking place too. The food was just blissful. Pastries tasted above average but the other goodies? Heavenly. Pricing is a bit on the high end, but worth the once in a while experience. Apart from that, customers are treated sweetly even though I felt they were a bit understaffed. A must visit cafè in the area!

Had to visit the place based on all the hype. We opted to sit inside the store. To our surprise, the corner seat allocated to us was infested with house flies. We ordered, spicy chicken croissant and two shakes, food was average and was served quickly. The cafe has car parking. They had in-house fermented kombucha as well.

Place was full of flies. That too on the food. And on the table. It's very unhygienic. Food is good, but the flies give a roadside dhabha feel. Ruins the whole atmosphere.

We had a quinoa salad, pineapple juice and a smoothie bowl! This was seriously some of the best food we have ever had! So fresh, so tasty! Really amazing! The staff is great and the atmosphere too! Highly recommended! 😍

I visited this cafe a few times and I must say each time was a great experience. First of all the ambience is so nice with an indoor and outdoor seating. Second they have unique dishes including bagels and rice bowls and different types of pastries. The vanilla filled doughnut, the hot chocolate, the bagels, and the rice bowls is to die for. I didn't quite like the caramel latte and the fresh juices are a tad overpriced. Overall an awesome hangout spot.

One of the best cafes in kochi. Everything on their menu tastes amazing. We had the Garlic fries, beef short ribs, mongolian style beef stir fry and meat lover's omelette, zaatar toast. Everything was well made and served hot.

Pandhal Cafè & Deli stands out for its food as well as its ambience. I came here for a breakfast meeting. The outdoor seating was very comfortable. Their range of baked goodies is stunningly gorgeous food for the eyes. I enjoyed my breakfast of scrambled eggs and filter coffee. I know I will be back here.

*High time to have an option for ZERO STAR rating here* 'Pandhal Cafè &Deli' is just a fancy cafe in the town incase if you want to spend your hard earned money and undoubtedly makes your spendings totally unworthy. Because, We had to wait for more than an hour to get us served with their extremely over-priced foods. I guess they like to be busy with their 'premium/hifi' customers; as if we eat for free or what?! Other reviewers exactly said the same. Kudos for the consistency. The served drinking water had some black dust/flakes on it. Not sure if it was from the mug or the water itself and the glass bottle had some rusty stuff at the base. These things primarily busted our every expectations. (Please have a closer at the attached images of the mug and the bottle) Coming to the food, my friend and I had ordered Beef Ragu Pasta, Buddha's Delight, Hazelnut Latte and Cold Brew Coffee. Buddha's Delight was kinda okay. Tofu was totally bland thus it doesn't had a chance to go well with the other veggies, so do the rice. Veggies along with the sause was good. Rice was perfect. Beef Ragu Pasta was good, but both were not worth for the price. Both Latte and Coffee were poor. Would have been kinder if the sugar packets were brought another hour later :/ Upon the query about the delay of the meals, the waiter said that they make everything fresh. Guess later arrived people had not so fresh food, because they were served earlier than us. To be honest, the nicest thing was they could manage to get us a table when the tables were reserved. Thank you so much. Anyway, thanks alot for spoiling our time and money and by all odds never gonna let you guys serve us ever again. Ciao!

Tried their yummy hazel nut chocolate pastry and red velvet 😋. Nothing to say 😋. Must visit place in cochin. During Christmas season, Mattanchery spice plum cake is available. Perfect to gift during the season.

Went there for dessert - we saw on instagram like they have introduced mango sticky rice. mango sticky rice was trending at that time and they were the first to introduce this on their menu .. so we had to have it. it was decent. not wow. but ambience is good. we had other desserts as well which we had alredy had before from their fort kochi outlet - dont remember names - it was chocolate eclair, something with hazelnut and a doughnut. loved the first two, especially hazelnut bar... doughnut was average. its worth visiting once considering its very expensive.

Salmon was the weekend special. Maple Glazed Salmon with stir fried vegetables & small potato, Salmon Gravlax & cream cheese bagel, Babka with Butter & Honey and Tiramisu with espresso to complete the meal.

Summary- Amazing Amazing Amazing ! We had korean pork, BBQ chicken wings, and berry juice. The food was really good and tasty. No negative comments to say. Very good ambience with both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. They had more than enough staffs to cater our needs and they were really friendly and professional. Korean pork was the best very tender pork and a portion of rice. BBQ chicken wings was also very tasty. It was enough to fill our stomach. If you want to try some new items do visit here.

Beautiful place. Very relaxing atmosphere and cool people. Just good vibes. Tried a few pastries and it was all yum yum yummy. Loved the food loved the drinks loved the service loved the atmosphere loved just about everything except the way towards the cafe. I'll defo be going there again and again.

One among the best cafe in kochi. This place is pet friendly and it’s very easy to commute. Parking is one small menace there otherwise everything fine. The menu is small and pretty descent. Would be great if they could add more continental items to the menu. The addition of new drinks other than kombucha and juice wouldn’t disappoint you.

A decent place to hangout with friends. I'm not a fan of savoury croissants, but I didn't like their savoury options.

Tried the cafe latte,hazelnut latte, Garlic fries, Iced latte, English Chocolate cake, Choclate brownie with dark chocolate mousse, Chocolate tart, and Honey cake. Out of which English Chocolate cake was my favourite.. however the quantity is too less and everything seem to be a bit overpriced than the other such cafes in Kochi.. The ambience is pretty good with greenery all around. It also has a lavish car parking. The service is good.

We ordered English breakfast, Chicken birria tacos and katsu chicken. English breakfast was just ok, birria tacos was small for the price. We ordered katsu chicken for my toddler and he seemed to enjoy it.

Wow ! It was such good food. People are very friendly and kind. We had amazing pizzas, cappuccinos, and brownies. The place is always packed ! It will be pricey for some but food quality is high. The service as noted is sometimes slow but again they are such nice and friendly people ! Highly recommend- 2 thumbs up. If you stay in the attached hotel you can get room service as well.
