Recently we conducted our wedding reception in Tribute Royale and they provided more than 10 rooms for the guests. I must say that the reception, food, ambience, stay and so on were great and brilliant. I am happy to say that the service given by the whole staff from Tribute Royale is outstanding, generous, flexible and very professional. The food served for the reception was incredibly delicious. The whole ambience is exemplary. I recommend Tribute Royale for any events and stay without any doubt.

The hotel is located a little away from the city in a quiet place. Rooms are quite clean. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Rajeevan that made us feel welcome and our stay comfortable. Although one of staff did not treat us well others were quite well mannered.

Celebrated first birthday of my son at Regalia Hall. The entire function went very smooth and tension free. There was absolutely no confusion anywhere. It was well coordinated and executed. Thanks to the entire team.

Clean, neat, spacious, well maintained rooms, but the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark. A good place to stay. I highly recommend this place for staying.

A hotel situated at a convenient location with decent rooms but lacks on the service. Room service - zero points F&B service at the restaurant - zero points. Rooftop swimming pool - zero points. The staff agreed to clean the pool by morning but he did not do his duty. We were surprised to see an unclean pool with leaves, fungi and shower caps floating. Truly a disgusting thing to see in the morning. Adding to this disaster was the scene for the buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Cold food and a spread that would bring only negative comments. My suggestion to the hotel's management would be to stop the breakfast service if they do not have the capacity or experience to do this. At this point of time, it is neither a business hotel nor a boutique hotel. Book this hotel only for the rooms. Do not expect anything else!

I went for a lunch yesterday hoping to have the vegetarian buffet there at the restaurant. I was told that it is Biryani Festival going on so no buffet. I ordered a Chettinad Mushroom Biryani, which was rather ceremoniously brought to me in a pot with the waiter claiming it to be a handi biryani, with the top sealed with dough that generally gets cooked into a roti during the cooking process. The biryani rice was not hot inside, but the mushrooms undercooked and overly spiced were hot. Which means the mushrooms were hurriedly sauteed on a tawa and added to the cooked rice and then the cover up job with the dough was done and the pot was heated a bit. I was too hungry and did eat it. But the spice ruined my Stomach and started giving me a burning sensation even though I am quite used to spicy food. I have had a similar experience some time back when I ordered Lasagna. They was some fake cheese added to it with absolutely no spices. I asked for oregano and they didn't have!!! Stick to their traditional stuff. The veg buffet didn't let me down. The service is good. But the biryani, I once ordered mutton biryani when with my wife. It was not good at all, and the pieces were just bones. I am an international travel and food writer based in Mumbai. I come to this restaurant when in Kochi. Don't take the customer for granted. It is not a monopoly business that you are doing. So, take care, if you want to Sustain. If you give good food, word will spread and you will get a good crowd. Or else.....

Bar facility available. GO EC's 60KW 2 gun electric vehicle charging station is available with great parking spaces. On the main road side. The food was good.

We had our intimate wedding reception function at this place, and it was perfect. The manager as well the incharge staff helped us arrange everything and was always ready to clear all our doubts. The food was tasty and service was good.

Excellent service, good food, accommodating and courteous staff, spacious rooms (with private balconies!), and facilities like gym and swimming pool make this place a top choice, especially compared to other options around. It is situated hardly 10 minutes from Kochi's underrated backwaters, and about 25 minutes from its beaches and Jew Town. The in-house food is great, including the complimentary breakfast. There are several other restaurants and bakeries situated at a walkable distance for a quick bite. The hotel's location provides superb connectivity to/from airport/railways/bus-stops with Uber cabs being easily available from mornings to late evenings. All of this while still managing to dissociate from the city's bustle, this is a fantastic location for a holiday stay.

We organized our intimate engagement function at Tribute Royale. They have a spacious banquet hall and adjacent halls that we used for serving food. They can easily accommodate 200 + people without any congestion (including excellent parking facility). The Hotel management did a great job right from the time we visited them to enquire to the day of the event. The chef and F&B manager suggested great recommendations which turned out to be delicious. All our guests loved it. Support staff coordinated efficiently. Throughout we had an amazing experience. Would certainly organize more events and dine in at hotel tribute royal in future.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The variety of options available in restaurant and catering to diverse preferences. However, it's important to note that my review is subjective, and others may have different experiences.

During my recent visit to the 5-star hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience it offered. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a luxurious ambiance that immediately set the tone for a remarkable stay. The hotel boasts an impressive range of amenities, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. One standout feature that particularly caught my attention was the availability of an electric vehicle charging station. As a proponent of sustainable practices, I was delighted to see that the hotel had embraced eco-friendly initiatives. This facility not only catered to the growing number of electric vehicle owners but also demonstrated the hotel's commitment to reducing its carbon footprint. Aside from the electric vehicle charging station, the hotel offered an array of other conveniences. The rooms were elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The spa and fitness center were well-equipped, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. The on-site restaurants offered a diverse culinary experience, with a range of delectable dishes to suit every palate. Furthermore, the hotel staff were highly professional and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and efficiently. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or attending to any special requests, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was commendable. Overall, my stay at this 5-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. With its modern amenities and commitment to sustainability, it truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and eco-conscious experience.

The ambience of the rooms, dining hall and overall experience was amazing. Service and guest care was up to expectations and provisions of the rooms and recreational amenities were really nice. All in all, was very satisfied with my stay.

Good hotel. Neat & clean rooms. Big in size. Toilets were super clean. Has good restaurant too. Complementary break fast needs improvement though. Recommended.

Excellent facilities. Arrogant Manager at the front desk. Disrespectful to guests and shocking behaviour… Better get your act together if you want to be in this business. This is in continuation with the owner’s response. We paid for extra beds in both rooms. If only 3 persons are allowed, why take money for extra beds then? When asked for rule book that guests are not allowed - the manager could not show us anything. He apologised , accepting his mistake but now Is talking about hygiene and safety. Big joke! Also - we had ONE guest who visited. Shows how bad your attitude is.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great ambiance and very friendly and courteous staff. The GM Mr Rajeev ensured our stay was comfortable and took extra care to check if we needed anything. Food at the restaurant is very delicious and apt quantity. Overall we had a great stay experience.

We stayed in Tribute Royale for 3 nights in August. Location is good, easily reachable from anywhere. The room was neat. Room rent was very reasonable. We found Mr. Tojo, the Operations Manager, on his toes round the clock. Renjitha & her colleagues at the reception were efficient. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Christopher, Subin and the rest at the restaurant were very nice and polite. We felt that the house keeping department was a little under staffed and that reflected slightly in their performance. Anyway, if a requirement to stay in Cochin arises again, we'd prefer Tribute Royale.

Had a great stay, pretty affordable despite a last minute booking on our part. Rooms were excellent, very hygienic and staff were helpful. Complimentaty breakfast was great. Only issue was with the room keys which didn't work, and was inconvenient. Otherwise, fantastic stay (stayed for one night)

New hotel so that is the good part. They did accommodate early check in request and thanks for that. Now bad parts: They could not provide towels( laundry delay they say.) Please don’t drink the water in the room. It was not clean. Breakfast was messy and unclean. If you go first you are lucky. After that they don’t refill in a timely manner. If you ask for it they look at you as if we asked them for free money! One of their Manager can use some additional training on customer service. I will hesitate to stay here with kids in this place.
