Nice service. I had booked a combo offer that they introduced, they were very proactive to confirm the same. Starting from the reception to the services done by their stylist Mr Anish was excellent. Moreover the owner of the store was also present there for some time and the warmth was visible starting from him to the last staff. I just had the most amazing experience at Toni and Guy. I had been to other branches before, but the one at Pandit Karuppan Road, Thevara, by far has the best service. From the time I went in to the time I walked out, everyone was extremely professional and very polite. Shiv was amazing! He made me feel very welcome and also answered any questions I had with gusto, while giving me helpful advice. The service was highly personalized. Will definitely visit again when in town.
