Really loved the staying here, staffs were warm and welcoming. Basil was extremely helpful. The room was big enough, equipped with all the necessary appliance during the stay. Will give full mark for Cleanliness, extremely satisfying. Thank you slivertips.

This review and rating is only for the Rooftop Bar . I recently visited Silver Tips executive bar, hoping to have a wonderful evening with my friends. However, my experience at this establishment left much to be desired. First and foremost, the service provided by the bartenders/waiters was abysmal. I found them to be inattentive, unresponsive, and lacking basic courtesy. It was disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction at a 4 star hotel. As for the food, the pork served was tasty and enjoyable but the chicken ordered right after was dry, tough, and unappetizing. Disappointingly, when I approached the staff to express my dissatisfaction, they seemed reluctant to address the issue or make any effort to rectify the situation on top of which they commented that the dish tasted fine for them (I do not know when or how they tasted it). I sincerely hope that Silver Tips takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for future guests at their bar.

We had booked rooms in this hotel along with our friends and we had left in the morning and had asked the hotel staff to clean our room, they went ahead and cleaned and then left our door open! We discovered it was open only when we came back in the evening. Completely hampering security of our luggage .. In the evening, we had called for room service to order our dinner , chicken 65 and fries for a hotel that charges more than 500 for the same, they had the worst version of chicken 65 i have ever had, A chicken 65 is supposed to have 65 spices, they couldn't even add salt adequately to this one.. I then proceeded to complain so that it could be replaced, the hotel staff blatantly disagreed and refused to take the dish back saying "this is how it is supposed to be prepared" Greatly disappointed, in a hotel which projects itself to be a standard hotel in kerala , they should at least know how to keep their customers happy

Fried rice Cons You are only allowed to go to roof top through local bar entry. Its very irritating. The reason for choosing roof top or lounge is to avoid local crowd.

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The staff is attentive, courteous and ready to help any time. Rooms are neat and tidy. Located right at the center of the town. Good food, won't say it is great. From the menu, chapati is exceptionally tasty. Would recommend this property for a peaceful accommodation for a casual stay or to explore local tourism spots entour to Munnar.

Could not stay here as it was fully booked. Went to eat in the restaurant and the food was not at all good. We tried thier Munnar branch and the food thier is excellent. They jaad only 2 waiters who were struggling with the service.

Went for a dinner with family.. The quantity and quality was just average.. the chapathi were made from the pre-cooked packets available from market(the chef confirmed it) and was too hard.. almost as a pappad.. The Leekey Lamb soup was good though..

The hotel has easy accessibility from town, is neat and clean. The food served At the restaurent is below average and also the service is not upto the level. It was very sad to observe that service at restaurant was different to different class of people.. i think they judge you by your dress. May be next time i will go in suitings.

Hotel is very good in terms of infrastructure...but had to give 2 stars only because the service is not up to the mark...restaurant has a lot of delay in providing the food that is ordered...even when a heads-up was provided in terms of order and they still couldn't deliver for the committed time...so for large groups ....restaurant is not recommended...food is also limited / not available from the ala carte provided...Service is really bad...looks like the kitchen is understaffed.. to cater to multiple guests...HUGE DELAY!!!!! LOTS OF FOOD WASTED since orders didnot come on time..

This hotel is located in the heart of the town. There is not any scenery or anything but it is very conveniently located near churches, institutions... very easily reachable. Food was really good. There is ample parking place around this hotel. Overall in my opinion one of the best hotel in kothamangalam. They have some packages for marriage functions some thing like a combo package of rooms and banquet hall...

Attended a birthday function at the hotel. The auditorium is spacious and has a separate dining area. Vegetarian options were limited but the food was tasty. Hotel staff are very humble and provided good service.

I booked rooms for two rooms for four people. The stay went nice. The rooms were well cleaned and presentable. Comfortable beds.I suggest having the food from outside, The hotel was accompanied with a Bar and the ambience inside was good.

Food is below average. The chicken dishes we ordered for lunch today was so bad that we did not eat them. The chicken pieces were so tough and rubbery . We brought it to the attention of the service manager who did not do anything to replace the dishes or deduct it from the bill. below average food.. will never recommend anyone to have food here. I had particularly told them that the chilly chicken that we ordered smells and tastes old. (It was non eatable) Entirely looking- the food was below average. Not at all upto the mark for the standards of this hotel. I will never have food from this hotel again. The good thing: 1) they didn't involve the non eatable dish in the bill. 2) car parking available. 3) The staff behaved well. 4) no rush, it was peaceful.

This review is based on the executive bar. The highlight is their beef dry fry. Its superb. Its the best of best dish you can try. Its too bad to turn on lights at 10:15 PM instead of 11pm. Atleast 10:45pm is acceptable for lights on but they will turn on lights and all by 10:15PM.

Great hotel with good rooms and good food. A bit expensive on when compared to nearby hotels, but then again it is a bit more up class when compared to the rest. The bar is ok. Don't expect any fancy drinks or cocktails.

This place is quite new and only very few events are conducted in the banquet hall. They all the modern facilities.the rooms in hall look so fresh and paintings are touched they have beautiful wooden decor and basic amenities are provided the toilets looks so classy. They have excellent bath fittings. Rooms available and they are very good.the places always well maintained and there are enough staff to attend all your queries. The food they served was good.

I had dinner there few days before. The food was great but the waiting period for food was bit long for me. But the staff said that it was due to the fact that they don't cook and keep the stuff in the menu they make it after receiving the order everything right from the grinding of spices. But the food made the wait worthwhile. Looking forward to going there more often

Nice place with good ambiance. The rooms are nice and well kept for the price. Car parking is not that big but enough space is there. The top most floor provides a stage for any event like wedding receptions and all that.
