Extremely unhygienic and poorly staffed salon. Wasim is the worst barber I have ever met in my life - this guy just wants to finish your haircut in 5 minutes and get paid. The receptionist lady is only concerned with blasting YouTube all the time on her smartphone, and doesn't actually do any work. The salon doesn't clean its equipment before cutting a new client, in fact, when I asked about this Wasim was completely clueless that barbers are supposed to clean their trimmers/scissors. It's a dirty, hot (no AC) salon filled with incompetent staff.

Worst experience, below average service, rude receptionist, worst part is you should go there only if you know hindi not even english. Only receptionist know kannada. Trimmer used was continuously hurting I was trying to tell the guy, he didn't understand english Or kannada. Not of naturals standards.... Not entering it again. If you don't know Hindi please don't go there.

No hygiene. The staff doesn't know the local language Kannada. They just charge expensively for the below average service they offer. Not recommended at all.

Horrible place if your are planning to get makeup done on your special day. They just ruined my engagement. They get someone from Bangalore for the make-up who is not at all professional..

I had very worst experience in naturals today. No one knows Kannada or English. I tell him one thing he will do some another thing. Utter waste. I think we should go with some translators. Mainly everyone are very arrogant. Plz avoid naturals

I got my hair keratin treatment here.iam very happy with results,my hair feels so soft and manageable .i got it done from Imarn .he is very friendly underastands hair texture very well.overall excellent service

I like they way the treat the customer especially preeti she is very good and she handled the customer very nicely and she has well experience very good in all ways

Must visit Naturals.All the services are very good here, reasonable as well and I would recommend Preethi for hair cut, hair styling and hair care protein treatments. She is experienced person on hair care treatments as well as other services too and provides very consistent service every time.

Well I would give arif a 5 star but however be careful because they can send a student to cut your hair insit on asking arif or hassan because they are the best ones there

Got pedicure done. Service was good. Staff was polite and can speak Hindi. Two stars off for the deceiving prices. In my experience Naturals is a large chain and their prices are fixed thought out the country. But here in Tumkur it does not seem to apply. Firstly the price book was scribbled in. Very unprofessional. It showed one pricing and what they actually charged was different. Even after applying membership it didn't make much difference. And I almost forgot! don't forget to add 14% taxes on top. It felt over priced. Unfortunately will not be returning here again.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure, and they charged a fair price for really poor customer service.
