In times of Covid I was a little worried going to a parlour ...I heard good reviews about Purple lounge from a friend and decided to check it out. I was impressed with the cleanliness and sanitation, they gave me a disposable apron and the equipment was all sanitised. Joyce the lady who gave me a haircut had on her mask throughout, she understood how I wanted my hair styled and did a great job of it. One feels the personal attention and the ambiance is very welcoming Five Stars!!

I been going here for all most 5 years now very satisfied with the service they provide . I get all of my stuff done by Deepika . 3 days back got my haircut done by Deepika she did a really good job very happy and satisfied.

I was treated very well by the people working here. Their services are very good. They gave me a voucher, but I asked since I don't visit this area very often, I won't be able to use it, could I give this to my sister instead? For which they agreed but when my sister went back and tried using the voucher, she faced a hard time there. Again she was treated well there but they were not ready to accept the voucher until I called and insisted.

I was new to Bangalore and was not aware of good parlour here.Then once when i was passing through the Good year New English school I saw this Purple Lounge. Its very clean,set up is too good,well arranged,staff is good,well treated.. Products which are used are also good. Very Happy with the service....

Very good service. Very well behaved staff. I wanted continuous hair do for 4 events and I got the best best compliments moreover self satisfactory. The prices are too reasonable for the service they give. Most important is they treat you like the queen doing all your services patiently.They are at least concerned for their customer and not like any other salon around hbr layout #yoffeesalon.
