Reliance fresh is a perfect place for shopping. They have everything for your day to day needs. Also they have offers that are seasonal. One thing I find irritating is that they always shift the things to another place. So it's a bit tiring to go and hunt for it. Currently they have created a space for putting up a pharmacy. Also you will find that the place is not spacious enough Their service is great and staffs are polite and courteous. One of the best Place for grocery and stuff. Easy to locate and almost everything available. The only issue here is mainly regarding the space. The place is congested due to space issues. Parking also is an issue. Other than that, everything is fine here. Now even ordering online is possible through JIOMART. It's delivered from Reliance Fresh and they pick up good veggies and fruits and the packaging is also really good and delivers within 24 hours with a really good discount for a wide range of products

I bought milma packet milk from here. After checking in home it was found rotten. When I checked with their customer support.i wàs informed chiller was complain which means they knowingly kept the rotten products for sale..

Right now, there is a lot of maintenance work going on, and they are keeping the market open. There is absolutely no space to walk. Very crowded. Try to go after they finish fixing the store. Thereis only one check out counter. So it takes a lot of time to get out of that crowded place.

Disappointed (19 Feb 2021)... such a bad management (surprised that it was happening at Reliance!?) and irresponsible staff. Since the billing staff had to leave to find her right bus (to her home), she was not ready to change a product which didn't have bar code for billing!! Could hear the staff continously cracking jokes and laughing loudly, while the shop had customers.. Seems there is no manager to take care (cost cutting, may be😋)... Recommended to pls avoid this place, if you are looking to have a good shopping experience.

It is located near to new bus stand in kunnamkulam. Shop contains only one floor. Got items in a small discount rate. You have to compare the items prize with the surrounding market before you going to purchase. The shop provides good quality vegetables but at a higher rate than normal shop. We get 10% discount on every purchase, that will be credited to our account through mobile number. They will paste a redeem number near to bill counter and when we make a call to this redeem number, a message will came in our phone which shows the available discount balance and OTP number. By giving OTP number at the cash counter, they deduct the redeem amount from the bill.

Reliable as the name says. I was expecting some more spacious expansion over the last couple of years, nothing changed hence no star gained. Newer alternative shopping destination opened up nearby, update required.

There was no staff to help the customers. We have to find everything ourselves.There was a huge queue in the billing section. Only system was working in the billing section and had to wait a lot. Parking is not good. Had to park my vehicle in a distant place and walked to the store. Not a pleasant experience.

Even in time of pandemic there is no safety precautions in this supermarket. They are not checking temperature or even sanitizing the cart. The vegetable and fruit are overpriced and not of good quality. Only positive is that staff is helpful and lot of grocery items are available.

More is one of the supermarkets in Pattambi, near to Alex theatre and Canara Bank. Which has a wide availability products and also a good services from the staffs. Only has limited space for parking.

They are one of the old supermarket in pattambi... Not improved much, racks are very random and finding very difficult to shop. Don't be surprised when you see pricy products on the floor.
