This is my 2nd time here.. Location is nice.. It is very close to the junction. Hygiene bathroom and room is spacious too...The receptionist was really kind enough to help me get the details regarding my travel schedules n was helpful. Found it safe for families n women travellers.

This is probably the best choice to stay at Pathanapuram if you consider affordability. I have stayed here for around 15days. Rooms are clean, good service by the staff and there's parking space behind the lodge.

I would have given 5 star to this place but there is no lift facility and inorder to lock the room from inside, we have to do it with room key. Latch on the door would have been better

We made a booking for a family function. The rooms were renovated quiet recently. So it was neat and clean. The disappointing factor is the service provided and the behaviour of the staffs. After the booking was made for each query they'll say, "will update you" and we have to follow them up 3-4 times to get an answer. And there were lot of confusions and lot of changes from what they agreed during booking as well as what we got when we arrived. The reason told was, the person who took booking has left his job. Finally we had to wait for the owner to get some resolution.

They don't have anyone to send the luggage to our room...we had to carry it by ourselves to our room(2nd floor). Won't recommend unless in extreme condition.

The staff at the reception were extremely rude. I made a reservation by paying an advance and they gave me a receipt saying the check-in was at 12pm. But when we reached, they argued saying the check-in is at 5pm!!! WHO, IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, CHECKS INTO A HOTEL AT 5PM? This policy doesn't make sense and it wasn't informed to me at the time of booking. They argued with us and finally when we got a man to speak to them, they seemed okay and let us in. This was disrespectful, weird, and sexist. We requested for extra towels and they wouldn't give them to us until we returned the ones in the room. Another reason to not go here. Why would you wanna pay to be hosted with suspicion? It was a relief that the rooms were nice. Don't expect hot water, they'll annoy you enough to not need it. They have a spacious parking area but a very narrow entrance, so you could easily miss the place and drive past it. They also don't have a kitchen in this hotel, so other than water, you won't get anything else here. A below-average experience. Thankfully, we only had to be here one night.
