It's a normal hotel, the rooms are bit small, it's showing as a 3star hotel but they are not providing any 3star facilities, but the room rent is bit high, parking also will be the big problem, the area is very congested so we need to struggle to park the car, they must iprove their facilities and their services

Its a clean and new rooms with all new aminities with proper car parking facility. Here staffs are very polite and i felt good hospitality. I suggest Nazco Inn as good among the hotels in kottarakkara meanwhile its economical too..

Overall room is good.Dedicated room service team is missing. Water flow in pipes is very low.

The rooms are good and well maintained, we booked 2 rooms and one of them dint have much of ventilation if AC is not turned on. Both sides were blocked by walls. The washrooms were clean. The location is easily accessible from the main road and bus stand. They have a restaurant and tea shop right below and the food quality was pretty good. You can scan the QR code for the restaurant menu
