-We visited on a Monday afternoon during a break. Big mistake. This place was teeming with little kids and was not relaxing at all. -Expensive even with a discount. -Poor service. The staff looked overworked. The view of Han River was ok. The Himalayan Salt Room was good. Did not use the water park section. So, this review is limited to the Sauna (JjimJilBang) only. Not worth the price. One star for the view and another star for the shampoo in the shower.

Beautiful facility and so spacious. So many places for you and your family to relax. Several saunas for you to try as well. Plenty of massage chairs and a location for foot bath. We used their spa here too and they gave excellent facials. They even gave us a pack of face sheets to take home which are top quality. They also have a spot where you can watch on your own individual TV with an amazing view. Great spot to relax and just be lazy. They have a cafe next door called “Cafe de Aqua” and it’s like eating in an aquarium. There are so many large scale aquariums with such a wide variety of fish. Their drinks are good too. Great spot for kids and babies to explore and discover new things.

I have only used the Water Park facilities and being able to be outside in this winter in a hot pool with a view of Hanam's nature was very great. It made me feel like I was in a Japanese hot spring. The only but for me for this experience were the loud and hyperactive kids. You know, kids being kids. I love kids, but when I go to a place like this I want to be able to relax. It would be nice if the outdoor pools would have a no kids zone. If you go after 4pm the fee is cheaper, but the outdoor pool closes at 6pm. Go in the weekedays. Weekends are very crowded and you might have to wait a long time to enter.

It's basically a very large Korean spa with a couple of pools and slides for kids. The name water park is misleading -- and for spas you can find better in Seoul.

Great indoor Waterpark, but I would advise you to visit on weekdays and avoid weekend as this place gets packed and you can't really swim. But great facility with lots of fun things to do

Comfortable and huge place for sauna, but always crowdy.

The Waterpark was mainly centered towards kids but the spa and the sauna section (if you buy a ticket to go to both areas) were great! Just if you're older, I would honestly skip out on the Waterpark. Besides that, things like paying for food and getting comfortable were really easy!

Some pretty cool rooms with different themes, but it is not worth the price in my opinion. Half the baths in the men’s section were closed, such a shame.

My favorite sauna/jimjjilbang, many themed rooms like pink salt, bamboo, and etc. Really good place to release stress and chill

Didn't visit the water park just the sauna and hands down it is the nicest one in Korea. It is expensive though.

Great place for kids. It's pricey though, so make sure to find coupons or other discounts (unless you consider yourself rich). Very crowded on weekends. The indoor area has a lazy river (bring your own tube), water slides, sauna, and other areas. The employee at the slides was not being so nice to my son who has disabilities. He tried to turn him away, which I saw as a discrimination. The outdoor pool upstairs has an infinity pool with a great view of the Han river and the mountains. Instead of letting you use cash, they make you use their key for any transactions within the pool area. If you come here for the first time, get ready for some unconventional way of getting in and out of the place. Once you go up the escalator, you will have to take your shoes off, put them in the assigned shoe locker, take the key out, and bring that key to the locker room to open your locker. On the way out, you will have to go to the kiosk to check out using your key before you can retrieve your shoes.

I went to the sauna area and not the waterpark area. There is a good variety of rooms that you can go to. Most of them are on the warm to hot side, which I liked. However, the coldest room was only in the mid-low 20C, so not that great if you like cold areas. There's a terrace where you can gaze at the lake and mountains while you soak your feet in warm water. The variety of food was a bit underwhelming. I'm still a little upset they didn't have any ramen 🙃. The public bath area is pretty nice. The showers are a bit separated from the soaking areas, so you can take a quick shower and get out if you want. Make sure to go early if you go on a weekend. The people start pouring in at around 4pm.

I went to spa. It has clean baths and clean facilities. The food was bit poor but I'm hella satisfied at the relaxing spot
