Easily one of the best hotels in Busan! Sadly it's located at the far north east, but it's facing the water and sitting on top of a mountain. Even though you are away from the main city area, there is a convenience store in the hotel area! The staff are very nice and we also got a free upgrade as we are celebrating our anniversary!

WORST HOTEL IN KOREA! Service is dreadful, non attentive nor welcoming at all! Booked for 4 nights, cancelled and left after two nights. Rooms had no aircon even though was advertised when booking. Rooms were only cleaned once during the two hours, and this was only after I asked. Baggage handlers took 40 minutes to come and pick up my bags and were not existence when we arrived. Staff were not helpful at all, and extremely disappointing as my friend and I booked 5 rooms out. This hotel is run by clowns!

Great hotel with clean rooms and a modern interior. The bathrooms are especially outstanding. In the winter, all the outdoor pools are closed except for one, and that one you have to pay to use so it is not great. The breakfast here is the best I have had in Korea with a stunning range of options. Outside, there's also a promenade with multiple renowned eateries and a nice walkway by the sea. Staff is also really attentive, we called about a minor issue and the staff remembered to check back to make sure our issue was resolved properly.

View was nice but that was about it. Minibar only had water in it (but other hotels offer free wine, so I don’t get it). Got a King Executive room as it said I had access to everything. You only get access to the executive lounge and McQueen pool. Doesn’t include The Water House nor breakfast at Da Moin. Executive lounge wasn’t very good. Get a cheaper ocean-view room and save yourself some money. Otherwise, very pretty hotel.

Overall amazing hotel. Great pool and amenities. Breakfast buffet is pricey, but worth it. Try to find a deal that may include the breakfast. Small touches such as the bookstore and convenience store make it so that you don't need to leave during the day if you don't want to.

Stayed in a premium ocean view room. The interior is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The sea view from the bathtub was fantastic. The ocean view from the infinity pool was also nice. The walking path is good, so it is good for walking while watching the sunset. It was nice to have several facilities inside, so I didn't have to go out often.

Ridiculous hotel policy on extra bed and breakfast. An extra bed is first come, first serve, and they refused to reserve an extra bed for me until I kept insisting over the phone. If you are unlucky, you need to share a bed with others, or you may call the hotel and fight for your extra bed. First time see compete for a bed at a hotel. When they say complimentary breakfast included for an executive room, it means a lounge breakfast where food selection is limited. You won't have a breakfast in an actual restaurant. The hotel should disclose 'lounge' breakfast included. Your access to a pool is limited, you will get one ticket for a day and it looks like one time use. If I use the pool in the morning, then I can go to the pool in the afternoon? Most importantly, I suggest you to MAKE A PHONE CALL TO THE HOTEL BEFORE BOOK and ask if their facilities are usable such as pool, sauna etc. A pool for executive room guest and a sauna were under maintenance, and the Hilton app didn't disclose what's not available, which could significantly affect your hotel selection.

Breakfast and upgrade service were good. However, the price is a bit expensive even in off-season.

    1. Room is great & has an ocean view as diamond benefit 2. Fitness, swimming and sauna are clean and not crowded 3. Happy hours at executive lounge includes drinks & good protein meals. I wish they have more grilled veggies or sautéed veggies. Salad is not my preference 4. Wi-Fi speed is good enough to watch movies & play games. 5. Hotel staffs are very helpful. The only thing I don’t like is it is difficult to contact hotel except phone call (old style communication). 6. AC was turned off due to season change. It was very warm on Nov 2nd and 3rd. It is not easy to fall asleep. 7. Breakfast is good but wish them have more veggie dishes & Oatmeal. I can’t eat BBQ beef & seafood dishes in the morning (Korean like them).

Absolutely appalling! This once-lauded hotel in Busan has morphed into an absolute nightmare under the laughable guise of being eco-friendly. Prepare yourself for a suffocating stay with no relief in sight, as this establishment conveniently forgets to provide air conditioning. Oh, but don't worry! They graciously offer electric fans... that they mysteriously never seem to have in stock. Talk about false promises! And the delights just keep on coming. Forget about even the most basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrushes, because apparently this hotel thinks it's perfectly acceptable to charge an outrageous $16 for a single set. That's right, folks, you better be prepared to dish out $32 if you want both toothpaste and a toothbrush. But hold your horses, don't get too excited! These aren't luxurious toothbrushes and toothpaste. No, they're merely your run-of-the-mill, cheap plastic variety one might expect from a sketchy motel. And to top it all off, there are no convenient stores in sight to purchase decent replacements. Unbelievable! This hotel has truly mastered the art of disappointment. Steer clear of this rogue establishment if you value your comfort, hygiene, and sanity. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

I must say that the staff and services provided were exceptional. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism displayed by the manager, Kim Myoung-oung. It was truly outstanding. Thanks to his efficient problem-solving skills, he successfully resolved the issue I encountered during the check-in process. The problem was caused by a system error that occurred when I made my reservation on Hilton website.

The WORST hotel I’ve ever experienced. The taxi I took dropped me off at the rear entrance at 12:00 am at night and there were no informational signs indicating the main entrance. I felt TRAPPED outside. I found a set of glass doors that were LOCKED with no one around. I had to call the hotel phone number to be let into the hotel. THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. 최악 호텔!!! 피하세요!!! 서비스 최악!!!

This is one of the best resort hotels nearby Busan. This hotel's location is fantastic. They have breathtaking views and excellent facilities. Their food is nice and the price of food services is reasonable.

We have been Hilton Honors members for over 12 years and have stayed in various Hiltons around the world and continental United States; I can say without a doubt this is the best Hilton stay we have ever had. This resort is well maintained, fully staffed, and provides excellent food and all around customer service. The staff was incredible and very accommodating, and all spoke several languages, including English. The views from the rooms, the gym, and restaurants were incredible. Everything was well maintained and clean. The price for the accommodation was well worth it. Highly recommended for couples on vacation. The resort is also very kid friendly.

A nice escape from the day to day. A lot of great things to see and experience right outside the Hilton.

Huge rooms, great view, nice walking areas. There’s membership for better price. Pretty far from downtown areas so best for staycation/nature.

service, room condition, cleanliness is below exception. Besides that, now renovation is on going so bit noisy and the hotel is not privacy enough as public can access from the coast line which is open to public straight to the pool side

Great service and lots to enjoy. Magnificent views. Expensive but one of the best hotels I have stayed. Executive level is more expensive but free lounge access to unlimited foods and drinks

Ananti is one of the best hotel, I've been to. It's architecture is incredible and people were very welcoming. We enjoyed a day at their spa resort and it was worth it. I would recommend to stay if you visit Busan

If you want to choose a hotel in Busan for your vacation, I would like to recommend this hotel without hesitation. It is so very beautiful, especially, the blue sea, good room condition and luxurious interior will make you smile. Further, I love its bathtub so much. Having a comfortable time with a Beethoven Symphony No. 9, 4th movement in it, makes me really happy. It will be a good gift for yourself. You deserve it. Just make a reservation.

I have stayed i many Hilton hotels but this one is the nicest. The location and the view is simply breathing. Our executive room is spacious, modern, and clean. The food was fresh and from good quality. The pools and hot tubs are amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay! The picture is the view from the gym :)

Front Desk informed me McQueen's is only bar in the whole complex. I tried to walk in for a drink but attendant plainly told me not without a reservation.

Gorgeous hotel on the ocean! Great helpful staff, beautiful views, Infiniti pools, and its own shipping center on sight. A little off the path from any of the main city areas but gives it its own charm as a destination for even the locals.

It is obviously fantastic experience. However, one thing that I was disappointed is, my room wasn't cleaned enough after Bridal Shower which was previously done by another guest.

5 star for hotel staff service. 1 star for the room interior. The bedroom area was tight and the toilet was unnecessarily large. Too many useless shelves and deco such as the two huge vases right on top of the two shelves facing me when I’m sleeping. Toilet bowl was not electronic unlike other 5 star hotels in South Korea. No air-conditioner. As the bath tub area was framed with metal rods, the cold air is transferred to the metal rods which makes the bath tub experience freezing cold.

No air-conditioning! Everything else was as per a five-star hotel standard. Staff were cooperative. Buffet breakfast spead was nice. Rooms were very spacious. However, there was no ac due to maintenance. The later half of the nights were very suffocating. We traveled from Seoul to spend time at this property. Had we been informed about this limitation, we could have altered our plans.
