Both the gynecologists Dr Deepa and Dr Supriya are best at their job. I delivered babygirl 2 months ago in this hospital. Due to flow of number of patients waiting time ll be more than expected for OP. Also cleaning staff etc expect and demanded tips when we stayed for 2days in hospital after delivery. Though doctor's care & attention is appreciable and satisfactory during my labour time, the support staff and nurses didn't extend enough support as expected. I was denied for an extra pillow during labour. I carried a hot water bag to sooth back pain during labour. They first said it's not allowed. later I helped myself to apply hot water pack during labour pain. My family members refilled the bag, the staff where either busy using mobile phones, or sat idle in the labour room most of the time. (ofcourse when doctor visits the labour room, everybody becomes alert and give full attention to the patient.) I was trying to do breathing exercise which i was taught in labour management class . One nurse scolded me for doing so and asked to not to breath like that. Especially One lady simply kept on starring at me when I was in pain and still trying to apply hot water pack myself, but didnt offer any help. Also criticised that I'm not doing good job to make the baby come out. I feel the nurses ,duty doctors and other supporting staff need more training on how to and how not to behave with patients especially durin labour. Also they need to be educated enough on breathing techniques and other soothing ways allowed/encouraged during labour. Thankyou.

Today i visited this hospital for my wife pregnancy loss checkup. and they charged 500rs for op. generally in any hospital gynec doctor will check the patient using ultrasound check and based on that they will treat the patient. but in this hospital they are charging 800rs .i asked the management why they are charging the extra amount for just ultra sound check that too done by the doctor in the cost op only. i refused to give the amount because it was a basic check that done by doctor .and i asked for the refund of my op amount because just i went into the doctor room only they sent for the ultrasound check. and hospital staff refused to give the amount. @kamala fertility administration please check this kind of activities in your hospital. and people should aware of all of this basic things

The hospital is very well organised and hygienic. Had a very good experience with Dr. Supriya mam and Dr. Deepa mam. Both the Doctors are too friendly and treated me very well. And I'm very comfortable with there treatment. The whole staff over there are very respectful with the patients. I blessed with a baby girl with a normal delivery. And Im satisfied and happy with there treatment. I suggest everyone to consult here to get good health and happy life. Thankyou 😊

My wife has recently been blessed with a baby girl on September 3rd ,203. which happened in normal delivery. Spl. Thanks to Dr.Supriya. I strongly recommend Dr.Supriya it to those who are planning for Normal delivery. During this 9 months period the hospital has staff constantly informed our review and by default they aligned time slots every visit. Even if we forgot the next review date, the hospital staff will contact us about our review day early in the morning.(this will happen once Dr registers our details for the next review). Dr.Supriya has clarified all doubts during review. She has spent more time till our doubt gets clarified. During labour pains she had given last chance for cesarean. I am glad to say big thanks to Dr.Supriya. Concern :a bit high Charges on Delivery Op timings are also a bit complicated. Explanation: One review I got at 11AM I went to 10: 30AM and dr.came at the same earlier who ever registered their names that are not available. We asked to visit the doctor, informed the staff since no one is available. But they disagreed and 10:30 people came at 11 AM . They allowed the first person even though he was late as per the schedule and then we visited the doctor. Every time we spent a lot of time waiting. Entire this 9 months we didn't understand how the OP system is working in this .

The Srinivasa Kamala hospital is one of the best centers for gynecology. The treatment is excellent and I recommend it to everyone because it is of the highest quality. Doctors Deepa and Supriya madams have very much impressed me with their treatment. In her counseling sessions, she gives patients heartfelt advice. At reception, Mr. Rama Rao and Raghu guide patients very nicely. Duty doctors and sister's staff are also very careful. Over all it's good and budget friendly too. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback
