Worst ever service experience with this store. The problem will start at the time of billing, they keep you waiting atleast 45 minutes to 1 hour to get your billing done. They keep open only 1 or 2 billing counters, even though they are having 4 counters. In between if you ask them to open or do it quick, in first place they won't respond you. If they responded by mistake they'll simply say those wont work. Mysterious thing is they already now that the machines are not working then what they are doing with problematic machines by keeping there.

Long ago I visited this mall. Very big. All type of brands are available here. I went to there during normal season. No offers at that time. I bought one pant. Cost is 1500. In billing counter one funny thing was happened. My bill is 1500 but in billing counter, the cashier took 15000. Unfortunately it was happened. Neither me nor my brother no one looked at that bill. After 5hrs we both realized something went wrong. But the people who are working here are very good and humble. They returned my money by night 9 O'Clock. Tq sir. Be with this humbleness.

The executive who works here are very rude enough they just literally not allow 2 persons for the test trial how can the clothes to be selected without checking the quality and the fitting and they just don't respond for the coustomer call. They just get irritated when some one ask where is the section for the men's ware etc i wish not to encourage this things

Great Experience I have gonna felt.I went to buy Dresses for my Sister,there was a variety of Tops,Jeans,Hoodies, T-shirts...etc are present which are Branded.Nice clothing and watches, Bracelets also available.At 2nd floor u will get all electronics that is Reliance Digital also placed here.All the Different items at one place, I enjoyed it.

Buy 3 @ 40% discount. Looking at the discount board went to the store. Finally came to know that there were no offers available for kids and men. But the discount board was big and bright to confuse the customers.

It’s a multi shopping store at ground floor fancy and casual dresses are available with reasonable rates but cloth quality is average .at first floor men’s and women wearing is available. At second floor multi brand electronic store available tv, friedges,ac,woven,geacers, washing machine and Ac’s are available on cash and EMI basis. Rates are reasonable

Reliance is always the best place where you can trust them. Sometimes the dress materials are costly and something they give on a best discount sale as no one can give. They give back so much money as return points on AJIO app as well. Sometimes feels happy to purchase outside too but here the quality is good. They maintain few fabric standards. Like customer service as well 👍

One of the reliance worst store. I have shopped in many outlets of trends by far this is the worst. Offers are displayed in big flyers buy offers are not applicable for many merchandise. Same thing happened for 2 times in this store. Worst part is employees don't know customer care contact or email and also there is no display regarding the contacts.

Today I have been to the store. And it's really a horrible trial experience. The store is huge but it is short of trail rooms. The waiting time is too much. The staff here is arrogant. The staff decide to close the trial room way ahead of the closing time of the store almost at 8PM.

🚫“DON’T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM HERE” They’re repackaging the used Ac’s or the Ac’s which had manufacturing defects and delivering to customers and also every other electronics like geysers which are damaged. Also I want to highlight on Ac installation team who are worst at their work! They don’t install properly and over charge you and loot you. Even when they come to rectify the issue which they’ve created while installing won’t be repaired,can give ‘0’ rating for them! And instead we need to ask some experienced installation guy to come and pay him and help us with the issue. Never gonna go to reliance again.

Offer card was placed for a t-shirt and billing was done without offer. When asked about it, they said it was incorrectly placed and there is no offer on the t-shirt. I have been forced to pick something else which was under offer, which was ridiculous. They wasted so much time and finally did nothing for compensation even after proving them I’m a regular customer who buys decent amount of stuff from this particular store.

No ac in the store since last one year. I have raised complaints to store management multiple times but they always say some lame reason and no one cares about customers issues. Staff are very rude. Waste of time Never go to this store

Great range to choose from. Pricing reasonable but the billing section sucks. All the enjoyment of buying good quality clothes at a reasonable price goes out the window while waiting for atleast an hour at the billing counter.

The worst outlet with lying employees among all over India will be this one.Very worst attitude and manners towards customers. I had a failed transaction on 31st nov and they asked to wait for 7 working days to get credited back. Its dec 9 still not credited so I had to go there and ask. Got surprised watching their planned group drama of lies and sentiments. They made me wait for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. And only because I changed my tone they gave me a scape goat who doesn't know anything about the issue. From that guy I got to they never did a payback request to the bank. And now they are asking 7 more working days.

Clothes are at reasonable price. Dussehra gifts on total bill value are better than most other shopping malls.

Reliance is Branding Mostly of the Netplay Brand,Teamspirit.. So if we like these Brands,we have to purchase

Good variety. Has more of traditional designs. Good jewellery collection in 14 ct. Has limited women's western and formal collection. Need to open more billing counters during rush hours, billing takes time.

Not proper staff to make bill payment, only two counters open on August 13,2022 morning, I waited for 20 minutes to make my bill payment, I suggest do not go to Kothapet branch reliance trends

Good collection of clothes. But, for ages, they sell the same designes and patterns. This place also has a digital showroom where you can buy electronic items at the best prices. The best time to get good deals is august and january.

Too much time at billing, they have some weird reasons regarding coupons too, they said that it’s TST store and has some special provisions so that they can deny the coupons issued in other trends store. They doesn’t have proper idea on which products these coupons work. They first said they are not applicable, after waiting for almost one hour, they checked and the coupons worked. Too much chaos at the billing, I noticed that almost every customer is annoyed with the way the billing is handled.the only reason I visited this store is because in other store where I regularly visit doesn’t have proper AC.

Never buy watches over here. The same watches are on offer online. Very dissatisfied.

They also have footwear for affordable prices. The quality is 4.5/5 and price is 4.5/5. They give coupons at the counter after billing which can be used in trends, in the dates mentioned on the coupon. They have a small parking lot so plan accordingly.

Worst shopping experience today, as there was an offer that if we buy products of 8k & if we pay 900 extra they are giving fan(gift), But the staff are manipulating the customer. The store in lb nagar was Providing the same offer but they are telling the offer was not Applicable of Kothapet store. If any one has The store manager contact number plz reply in comment. R else if this rating reviewed by the store manager call me , Staff mainly the supervisor was doing some manipulating activities to loot the people.

in this shop counter casheirs was not checking properly after we will go the entrence already billing also getting alarm same problem comes again and again,I have already told many times,but there was no response.this is not good thing.please this issue solve take action very suffering the custemers.

Worst staff, they don't know how to redeem the magicpin gift voucher itself and kept us waited long time & replied that voucher wont redeem as discount already provided on their dresses. After that I Said that I will give complaint on them for that instead of consoling me, they asked me to return back their compliment vouchers which usually given to the customers for their bill. so I returned their vouchers without arguing like them.
