Each stay consists of 2BHK n can accommodate nearly 7 members as extra beds are available. Rooms are very clean n neat n service is excellent. Proximity to many restaurants. They will provide reliable Cab service at reasonable price. Cab driver Sultan, nice person n like guide knows all about Hindu Temples

Stayed here last week with Family..! Excellent Homestay Apartment..:) I would recommend 5 stars definitely..! Mr.Krishan- manager did a great job..very helpful too. Property is jus 5 mts away from Bus stand, Railway station.. 10-12 members can stay easily in 2Bhk.. Do visit and have a peaceful Stay☺️

What i liked here ? This is a very nice place to stay as a family. The unit is a 2 BHK apartment. Hall is very spacious. 2 rooms are decent in size and have good cupboards to keep luggage and clothes. Has good vegetarian restaurants in walkable distance. Rooms are neat. The person Mr.Krishnaiah is very good in receiving us and answering queries. Reasonably near to Tirumala under the hills foot. Accessible from main road. Reasonable charge. One unit can accomodate 6 persons comfortably without any cramp with extra beds. What could be better ? No restaurant attached to this place. The linen given should be of better quality and neat. Though 3 pillows are kept on the bed, to accommodate 3 people, only 2 can sleep on the bed comfortably. Cot could have been a bigger size. Don't expect any star hotel features. But it's quite good without those fancies and frills. Overall, very good.

Staff is friendly at first and helpful but overcharges a lot. One heater in our room wasn't working but to be fair they offered to change our room. But they should do all this before guests come because nobody has patience to change. Owner said they get breakfast from sarvana bhavan but that was a lie, they got it from some local hotel which ruined our stomach. He pretended like they can provide tea so we asked him to get but during check out said they brought it from outside and each small cup is Rs 50! So such dirty money making tactics ruined an otherwise ok hotel for us. View is very good, you can see the hills (but not tirumala temple). Owner was helpful however in suggesting places to visit etc.

Very good experience staying here for a day. It is very near to starting point of tirumala hills. There are multiple restaurants nearby. Flats are very neatly maintained and are well furnished.

Very conveniently located, close to Alipiri. Spacious rooms. We were a group of 5 so definitely appreciated the openness and size of bedrooms. The host Krishna was helpful and reached out on the day of the arrival to confirm and ensured the rooms were ready as we arrived an hour ahead of time. He reviewed the requested information and wanted to show us couple options for rooming. We decided on 1st floor because the 4th floor gets very hot. In general I would definitely recommend this honestly for its convenience, flexibility and good host.Great location and perfect for short stay and big groups. Things to improve - ventilation isn't not great, very stuffy would prefer to have AC in the living room space. After cleaning, they should ventilate the rooms. Even though externally looked clean, there was hair and chocolate wrapper flying around. There were no fresh air fans in the bathroom, and the towels smelled damp. A little bit pricey for the quality of rooms.

We visited Tirumala Tirupati for a couple of days in late January, and booked this place. Booking was a quick affair with an advanced paid. We got the 2BHK apartments which is quite near the flyover and nearby to Alipiri entrance too. We get a spacious hall with sofa, 2 clean bedrooms with additional mattresses if one needs, a kitchenette with induction coil & an electric kettle with water provided by the homestay. While there is no onsite tea coffee or food facilities, we can order via Swiggy & make or order coffee via the staff. The manager Krishnaiah was helpful and the staff laxman too. Interacted with the owner Raveendranath too while booking. Would recommend this place if you have large families or if you don't like to stay in hotels or just as an alternative option.

On the occasion of a wedding, we booked an Entair apartment for 3 days it was well maintained and very clean and hygienic the manager Mr krishnayya is very Cooperative and timely response it is located in the middle of the town it's the best option for family stay

Our staying experience was good. Extra beds are given Apartment was clean. This is very near to Alipiri gate. Hot water is for 24 hours. Highly recommend for families. Krishnaih is very helpful to all of us.

I stayed at Tirupati Homestay for about 5 days with my husband, and found the entire stay experience superb. The owner Mr Raveendra Babu himself is extremely warm and welcoming; it was pleasure talking to this true gentleman. He even gifted us with a memento. The location of the Hoestay is strategic. As for the rooms, they are spacious, and furnished more than adequately. You have everything for comfortable stay. The staff employed withing the building campus are very well-behaved and promptly helping. Mr Krishnayia, the manager-in-charge, is a very gentle soul. We two felt perfectly like staying at home there. We got more than expected. It was a wonderful experience that I would like to share with everybody aspirant of Tirupati Darshan and seeking accommodation in Tirupati.

This homestay is located on Alipiri road with close proximity to those who want to go to Tirumala & Kapilatheertham (Nandi Circle). Best suited for families with kids & elder people. Their 2bhk apartments are spacious & very neatly maintained. Great view of tirumala hill from the homestay. Would recommend this homestay for any one who wants to travel to tirupati with toddler or infant with the ease to cook home food for your Little one. Thanks to the Manager Mr Krishnan. Overall great stay.

Worst management ever!! Basic necessities like fans in the room were not met. When we called the supervisor in the night as the room was hot and fan was not working, all he had to say was “no one is complaining apart from you” which is really bad customer service. Even the lift stopped working next day. The staff is highly unprofessional when dealing with an issue. I wouldn’t recommend this play to stay at all, especially if you are coming with kids and family .

Good place to stay. Neat Rooms/Toilet. Good for a big family. Has Fridge, Few plates and Tea cups and utensils to make tea. Feedback: We stayed in 3rd floor. Lift did not work..had to request staff to help carry luggage downstairs. Better fix this issue so that lift functions when there is power cut with backup.

Very spacious apartment with 2BHK, we will feel that as if we are in our home. Nearer to many restaurants. Service is excellent.

It is really a nice place ro stay. The location is nice and its in a residential area, so no noise. Rooms are big, neat and well maintained. Staffs are good and helpful.

Indeed it was a great and a comfortable stay at ‘Tirupati Homestay 2BHK Apartment’. The rooms had all the basic amenities like WIFI, TV, Sofa set, Dining, 24hrs hot water, kitchen with few utensils, cook-top, fridge and ample space for parking facility. The owner (Mr Ravi) and the Manager (Mr Balaji) who takes care of the property were kind enough to make a note of the feedback - 1. No housekeeping was available to clean the house until you chase the staff to get it done. 2. There were not enough utensils like spoons, plates, folk etc in the kitchen. 3. The sofa set was not properly cleaned because there were ants on the sofa set. Therefore, I would highly recommend to experience the comfortable stay at ‘Tirupati Homestay Apartments (2BHK)’ While we were leaving, owner gifted us with a ‘Tirumala Temple’ article which was a kind gesture.

This is indeed a great experience and the stay with family and kids was awesome. Felt like we are at home. This property is in prime location which is well maintained, quiet and spacious with car parking. The owner Mr. Raveendra was very helpful and the staff is polite and handled every thing in a professional manner. Loved this place! The property owner has made sure that people visiting from other place and staying there don't fall in short of anything. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Lift is provided incase you feel lazy or tired to climb stairs. Pretty view from the porch of the concrete jungle as well as the ghat that leads to Tirumala. Spacious parking with no issue of electricity or water. All the amenities including extra mattress, vessels,electric kettle , refrigerator, AC,TV, Invertor,Towels,blankets ,pillows etc have been provided at the property. Felt like home away from home! Manager Mr Balaji is a very kind person and made sure that we didn't fall in short of anything.

Excellent choice for a homestay with Family and Kids. Since we were travelling with Kids and elderly, it was important to have a clean place with the required amenities. The flat was spacious, with all amenities required. and was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had an induction Cook Top and a refrigerator which helped us make coffee / tea as and when required. They also provided additional mattresses for kids to sleep on. the caretaker was extremely helpful, and any request was immediately attended to without any delays. He also offered to help us with a taxi in case we need to visit the Tirumala temple and other temples around. However, since we had our own car, we preferred to travel on our own. We also met Raveendra Babu and family during our stay and they were very nice and considerate people. Thanks a lot for the excellent experience. We were all relaxed and enjoyed our visit. Will definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Tirupati.
