Good place to buy jewellery. The staffs are cooperative. It's inside the VR mall (ground floor). Car parking available. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance are there.

I have ordered this evil eye bracelet in VR chennai. Their customer super is excellent and very helpful. I wanted to give 5 stars to them but delivery is delayed and chased for few days to connect them. Finally got this cute bracelet with cute packaging.

I'd love to give a negative rating but sadly 1 is the least. I visited the store because someone had told me about the collection. Sadly it was a very disappointing experience. This is your typical "If you are going to buy, we will tell you the prices and show you the pieces' kind of a store. The attitude of the staff is terrible - they ignore you unless they have this intuition that you are going to end up buying their stuff. Waited there for quite some time just to be told the prices of a couple of earrings but to no avail. Will never ever go there even if it is the last store on Earth, and this is from a person who loves diamonds! There are much better places with fantastic collection and where service is provided irrespective of the way you dress, the way your look and your intention to buy.

Very very unprofessional store i have ever seen, thr never stick to the given timelines, once the purchase or payment is done for any jewellery you have to call them repeatedly about the status. In my case i gave a diamond bracelet for a breakage correction, thr told me it’s goona take 15 working days, it’s been two months still thr haven’t returned my product. Even after repeated follow up thr say it will be ready in 3-4 days or 1-2 days but nothing is been done. Finally i gave them timeline of 2 days and asked them to call me back updating about the bracelet, guess wat thr didn’t call back and thr even stopped attending my call! A very genuine review with my experience! Will totally avoid this store hereafter!

I was quite taken aback by the numerous positive reviews I've seen here. Perhaps I'm an exception, but my recent experience was far from pleasant. Yesterday, I had every intention of purchasing a new diamond ring from CaratLane. When I entered the store, however, I was treated poorly. Despite our waiting patiently, the only salesman on duty completely ignored us, as he was already assisting another customer who had arrived just seconds before us. I tried to get his attention several times, only to be met with a dismissive gesture to wait. It was only when the other customer urged him to acknowledge us, that he reluctantly turned his attention to us. He had been standing right behind them without even attempting to inquire about our needs. I couldn't help but feel that it might have been because I was wearing a niqab, and he assumed I couldn't afford to make a purchase. I felt devalued, as though I didn't matter and had no right to be in their prestigious store. CaratLane, this is not how customers should be treated.

I had a wonderful experience at this diamond store. The staff was friendly, and the quality of their diamonds was impressive. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Had an excellent time the two times I came to the store. Was aided by Varshini both times, she performed an excellent job of understanding my taste and finding items for me to take a look at before I settled on my choosen items. This was my first experience in CaratLane and it was one that will have me coming back soon.
