Compare with the other gold jewellery shop GRT providing very good service. Staff are showing very good hospitality. But always very crowdy but it shows the value of the place. Need to improve fast billing. And also add some staff only few Staff are showing ornaments because of that if is taking time to choose models and verieties in gold

This jewelry mall is located on Prakasam road near NTR Circle, Tirupati. Three floors are available for silver ornaments, gold ornaments, and diamond jewelry. Once this circle was in the outskirts of Tirupati, it is the center place nowadays. We visited to purchase silver ornaments for distribution among guests who visit our house on the occasion of the house warming ceremony. Air conditioning is working very well and maintained properly. Staff are polite and friendly nature to customers. Washrooms need maintenance.

Showing one or two trays saying this all models in this type of items There is no other models and some employees are asking what u want tell i will show u that only . If we put scheme in ur grt there are showing so many gifts in paper but I'm reality there is no stock available here Why all these type encourage in ur reputed organization. This is not fair for GRT organization. Please change some behaviour with customers. Every time facing same problem here . In gold and silver there saying same like this . There is wide collection in silver articles and items . Gold jewellery also have unique designs . But staff is some what lazy I think so. They are delaying to attend the customer and not showing patience to show the items. It's not one rupee two rupee items to buy in seconds we have to see lots of models so they have to be attentive.

I went on the Akshaya Tritiya day. In Tirupathi. Gold was a bit cheaper when compared with Chennai. Good varieties. But an adequate arrangement was not made for car parking. Car parking was not managed well. Despite space available, we were (so many others too) made to wander and park at the owners risk with a threat of traffic violations.

I am so happy with chandi Rani service. She supported me very well. On behalf her only I purchased 130000 worth gold. Excepting this type of customer service from other person also.

Wide range of variety. Nice ambience. Lift facility is an added advantage. Sales persons are courteous. Varities of silver items. Earlier very few counters were allotted for silver items. Now several counters for silver items with good variety. Seperate sections are maintained for different varieties in gold ornaments thus making things easier for customers. They have gold schemes to offer. The problem is with car parking. I am not sure whether they have parking place. Earlier they didn't have. Hope they have one now as they did building extension.
