If you want to experience Nightmare in a unknown place this is the perfect place for it. Owners a very irritating and will reminds you your hostel warden. They don't understand the concept of privacy and your space. Not recommend for one who is looking for a stay with Family,friends,and colleague.

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, wonderful people (owners), wonderful everything. They have maintained it very well and I felt personal care given to us. We went as two families and the rooms were very good. Actually everything was excellent and we enjoyed. We stayed for just one day, and we are sorry that we had to leave. 3-4 days would be very good. We went as family but for a corporate event f about 20-25 people it will be a good place, good activities. BEST IS THE FOOD. Hats of for food. BEST PLACE< HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME AND MY FAMILY

Such a peaceful place to stay, It feels like a home. Place also has many activities for all ages. The food was excellent.

Our stay at this resort in November 2019 was memorable. Good food, clean environment, excellent hospitality of the staff made our stay comfortable. There were so many dwarf plants in the resort carefully grown over years, by the land lord. The adventure games in the resort were a great fun. The hot coffee, freshly brewed & served every day early in the morning, infused energy for the hole day.

It's a quiet place just outside koppa town. Well maintained and clean rooms. What is more appealing is their room service. It is in the middle of an areca nut plantation. Best place for family holidays and the place is easily accessible by road. Food is simple yet tasty. It was served hot and on time. We really enjoyed our 2 days stay in this place.

We had an awesome time here. Great for groups and small corporates as there are some activities there. We even played mud Volleyball. We stayed in tents. We got bonfire and some non veg food outside menu arranged on request. Owners are very co-operative. Its very close to nature as well. The normal food served is traditional, though many of us liked it.

It was my second trip to this beautiful home stay, the first being an outing with a bunch of my close friends in 2019 and that’s when I decided I have to get my family here but due to COVID, plans got delayed and around September my cousins were planning a vacation during Dusherra and I convinced them that this would be an ideal location for us. I spoke with Suchitra ji in early Sep and finalized the bookings. Not many of my cousins were excited about visiting this relatively unknown town(Koppa) and but I was very confident that the experience at the home stay and the beautiful surroundings will change their minds and boy oh boy it did..right from the time we arrived, the hospitality, the warmth and of course the delicacies being dished out made each one of us smile and I was relieved that I didn’t disappoint them. Coming to the Home Stay, the overall ambience and the hospitality is truly very homely, as we never felt we were in a external environment. We had booked the entire property and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owners are very welcoming and went out of their way to help us at couple of instances. Once when one of the kids fell sick and Suchitra ji readily helped us with medicines, tender coconut, ganji and what not to ensure the boy recovered at the earliest and he did the very next day and the second instance being my pet decided to take a stroll in the beautiful estate on the day of our departure(Yes, it’s a pet friendly place 😊) and went missing for about 15-20 mins and Suchitra ji and her family set out to look for our pet and were very worried for a while since they also have been pet parents and understand the anxiety when pets go missing. Our pet was right behind out cottage but looks like even he didn’t want to leave the place that day like all of us. To sum it up, I would highly recommend this place for family vacations and also if you are a solo traveler as you can visit the not so touristy places around and experience a different side of the beautiful western ghats.

Properly Planned, finely executed and Beautifully maintained! Mrs.Suchitra can see an art in each and every objtect she comes accross. Added to this, she has wonderful staff with her to serve the customers. The rain added naturality to our stay. We had a wonderful stay and the food was excellent.
