We went in a group for two nights stay here. Good infrastructure, banquet service is good, restaurant service needs improvement. Clean and hygienic rooms, swimming pool area is suitable for small parties. Facilities available for badminton, Squash, Billiards and Gym. Children’s play area is good. Large green area where we played Cricket and football. Overall good experience

We booked the venue for 3 days for my sister's wedding. Mr. Ravi Bachan planned and looked after all the arrangements and it was very well executed. We had 5-6 events planned there and all of them were very well arranged. Be it hospitality, decor, be it food, service, catering to on the spot requests - it was perfect. All our guests were very happy and satisfied with the stay, food and all the arrangements. Mr. Ravi Bachan personally looked after all the events and was accessible to us all the times - which was a great support and help to us. My experience with this hotel was good. We came here for our annual meeting. Rooms were spacious, nice and clean. Though we had some issue when checking in, but staaf handled the situation very well. Food was very good. They have large room for meetings and for any type of functions. They have large area for outdoor gatherings, pool for swimming. Overall it was a good experience for me and my team members.

The place is clean! The place is large! The place is well designed! The food is great! The staff was helpful and courteous and are open to a conversation should you desire it! The rooms are nice and big, airy and well laid out! You’ll appreciate the tranquility of the hotel and the peace. A beautiful property worth visiting. Oh but you’ll have to park your car on your own! Don’t worry it’s only about 60metres away. You can walk that much and not feel bad right?

All Thanks to Punkaj Bawa's family, we had great experience we will never forget. We were treated for a lovely dinner on Christmas Day 2022. Staff and service were very professional.

Probably the first place that charges the buffet of kids who are 2 year and 3 year old. Completely RED in case one is planning to visit with kids. The slides in the kid zone are broken too, and one if the pool is non operational. Also, no cot was available for baby. Food on the other hand has been good but the options are limited. Staying in room 408 and 410 with 2 adults and 2 kids. My initial experience has not been very good overall, will update my review after checkout with more pics.

A cousin's daughter had her nuptial ceremonies here recently with five events held over three days. They had the various functions at different locations on the sprawling facility with the final reception at the grand ballroom. All venues were decorated very tastefully in subtle shades and flowers. The food was excellent. In keeping with the traditions of the family it was all vegetarian/ sattvik but this carnivore did not miss his meat. There was an incredible variety of snacks and foods and I got to sample all the traditional foods that were on my wish list in. A couple of days. The service was amazing with snacks circulating constantly and the buffet fully loaded at all times. Impeccable arrangements at an incredible venue.

When you enter you would feel like its not to crowded the staff is less you would not get complete service. However, when you actually use it they are pretty quick. Went there for a destination marriage and this resort is huge with multiple halls inside and outside. You can choose what and how you want. Rooms service is very quick. Lots of parking considering its in Ludhiana. Food quality is very good. Morning breakfast full of Indian meals mostly vegetarian. Only draw back is that they had a construction going on at 4th floor and it became very noise in the morning on 3rd floor rooms Either choose 2nd floor or wait until they are done with it.

Fastest service, really peaceful location, really nice and clean, comfy beds, 5-star to the staff, even food tastes so good, modern style rooms, bathrooms are on the next level. I really love it. If you see it, you must visit.

I have not stayed here, but i have attended many functions. We have even done our many main family functions here. Fantastic place, super fantastic ambience. Nirwana club is my favourite choice for our upcoming family functions and stay.

Rooms are nice not amazing. Room service is quite fast but there restaurant food was terrible the worst I've had since I've been In India being a high end Hotel you would at least expect decent food - I always book a stay at a Hotel for 1 night initially to see if it is worth staying on - But I checked out the next day. The Gym is small but has the basic equipment needed.

We celebrated our daughter’s (Kiara’s) first birthday at Nirvana . We came all the way from USA to celebrate my daughter’s birthday.We just love their service. This place is like out of your daily routine. When we enter its like we entered in a foriegn country’s hotel. I had spend days here and had my marriage function there,whole staff,food,area,rooms,halls etc everything is perfect because my everything related to function was in hands of MR RAVI BACHHAN (MD). Nirvana has been a well known name in the hospitality world for many many years and I recently got a chance to test its mettle. It is safe to say that reputation is well earned. The facility itself is gorgeous! The banquet hall we rented was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The food was exemplary and special shout out to our chef for adhering to our food preferences to the dot. The staff was thoroughly professional from our first interaction till the last. Their commitment to meet and exceed the high expectations they set is commendable. The hotel rooms were very comfortable as well. Good place. Ambience is good. Ample of parking space. Food tastes good and staff is supportive. Amenities are good and swimming pool is open now a days, that's a plus point for me particularly.

The resort is huge, i would suggest it for destination wedding & business meet or any type of family events or group travels. Lovely place with great amenities and food! I just stayed with family for one night on my way to Amritsar and it was great. In particular, I enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. They have a fully functioning club consisting of three badminton courts, two squash courts and pool tables etc. I am sure you will have a great time with family here.

Pretty bad experience with the hotel. The staff is very rude and arrogant. Their bar Dovka Bar is listed on Dineout App. After the payment was made from Dineout they came and said that we are not listed on Dineout and your payment is void. We had to make double payment. On complaining about this their F&B Executive, Mr. Narendra Singh basically forced us into making the payment again and claimed that it is our fault that we used the Dineout App. Moreover, they will charge you even for smallest things like an ice bucket.

Hi there was a marriage from 19 march to20 march and no doubt It was and absolutely good service But on second day when lunch was organised Malai tikka and chicken tikka was having smell

Rooms were well maintained. Housekeeping was perfect and all staff were polite,Seamless check in and very helpful front desk staff. Rooms clean and spotless .. Very spacious and cosy.. Good supply of toiletries and prompt room service. They were very helpful when I requested something it's delivery immediately.

My friend stayed at nirvana hotel. I was expected non maintained rooms. But i was shocked to see club is still well maintained as it was 2 decade back. Good value for money.

Very very bad experienced we stay there on 23rd July. No good room service, delayed services, food are not good ,and very very bad we left our goods in room at the time of check out. We remembered when only in 3 minutes we left some thing in the room. We informed at reception and they advised us to stay at counter. They called his room service staff and informed for to get it that goods at reception counter. I reminded again and again we are getting late. After 20 minutes time manager informed at reception counter they did not found any goods in the room. I angrily aajed you all ate their here. In only 3 minutes your hotel staff is thief and removed it and did not accept they found. How it is possible. So please take care customers who will visit and stay in future. If they left anything valuable or special goods in the room that will theft immediately.

They Check-in experience was worst. they have rules which you wont know. Outside meals, if any not allowed. As I was checking in the hotel after 7 hours long drive and I was not sure that whether I'll be able to reach the hotel at dinner time . It was around 10:00 o'clock late night and I got some salad packed for myself which was not allowed because they have a policy of no outside food which was not told me or not written anywhere in the rules of the hotel. It was just 2 days prior they made this new policy. This staff is reluctant and will not make the guest feel at ease even after they had a long day. No managers were ready to even talk about it. Hotel is far end, either you eat there food which is average and secondly, prices are steep high. I get why people prefer bringing food from outside. Even 5 star properties doesn't have Even made prior request for single bed they told me they only have single beds. I mean why even we give request. The fridge was not working in the room and after that they ask me whether you have consumed something from the minibar or not (They must be kidding). So when I asked for the ice or cold water, they told me that it will be on a chargeable basis. I mean seriously. AC of room was either not working. You don't have any place to talk a walk inside the hotel as they will lock the pool side. I mean i get it you are not allowed to use pool. But you are not even allowed to the walkways near the pool. So when u check in either take walk outside or just sit in room.

Recently, we organized a get together party with cousins in Austin hall , Nirvana. I must say that everyone really enjoyed the party. The staff was really professional. The food was awesome. A big thanks to Mr. Ravi Bachan sir for making this party memorable.

We were organized a Rokka & Ring Ceremony function at Ballroom Hall, Nirvana Club & very impressed with the entire experience, right from entering the premises All the arrangements are made to start the function at the given time The decorations were very nice, the drinks were being served were very refreshing, this was followed by the delicious soups, then came the starters & the main course. The food was very delicious & seeing all our guests repeated visits to refill was extremely heart warming. The chef has to be complimented for such awesome food. The service was extremely good the waiter & all the other staff members are very friendly & courteous. All our guests of both sides left with satisfied feelings & all in all the entire experience was very pleasant. All credit for this function should go to Sh. I don't know where to begin. The property or the hospitality. Both were utterly impressive. The rooms are well equiped and spacious with good natural ventilation. I stayed at the bestbroom and the rooms were clean, spacious and refreshing. What could possibly beat the ambience is the hospitality of the staff. Right from check in by admin to the gentleman who helped me with my luggage at check out. Warm smiles, great attitude, and extremely helpful and accomodating. I had the pleasure of interacting with the Exec Chef during the breakfast. A very warm gentleman who took the time out from his busy schedule to share pleasantaries with us.
