They

experience
was
worst.
they
have
rules
which
you
wont
know.
Outside
meals,
if
any
not
allowed.
As
I
was
checking
in
the
hotel
after
7
hours
long
drive
and
I
was
not
sure
that
whether
I'll
be
able
to
reach
the
hotel
at
dinner
time
.
It
was
around
10:00
o'clock
late
night
and
I
got
some
salad
packed
for
myself
which
was
not
allowed
because
they
have
a
policy
of
no
outside
food
which
was
not
told
me
or
not
written
anywhere
in
the
rules
of
the
hotel.
It
was
just
2
days
prior
they
made
this
new
policy.
This
staff
is
reluctant
and
will
not
make
the
guest
feel
at
ease
even
after
they
had
a
long
day.
No
managers
were
ready
to
even
talk
about
it.
Hotel
is
far
end,
either
you
eat
there
food
which
is
average
and
secondly,
prices
are
steep
high.
I
get
why
people
prefer
bringing
food
from
outside.
Even
5
star
properties
doesn't
have
Even
made
prior
request
for
single
bed
they
told
me
they
only
have
single
beds.
I
mean
why
even
we
give
request.
The
fridge
was
not
working
in
the
room
and
after
that
they
ask
me
whether
you
have
consumed
something
from
the
minibar
or
not
(They
must
be
kidding).
So
when
I
asked
for
the
ice
or
cold
water,
they
told
me
that
it
will
be
on
a
chargeable
basis.
I
mean
seriously.
AC
of
room
was
either
not
working.
You
don't
have
any
place
to
talk
a
walk
inside
the
hotel
as
they
will
lock
the
pool
side.
I
mean
i
get
it
you
are
not
allowed
to
use
pool.
But
you
are
not
even
allowed
to
the
walkways
near
the
pool.
So
when
u
check
in
either
take
walk
outside
or
just
sit
in
room.
