Gulatis shop is too expensive and the stuff is so old and pathetic quality is so poor the tailor is the worst once you purchase the stuff from here their behavior changes.. Stitching is so bad and they argue unnecessarily . it's my humble request to everyone don't ever buy any kind of stuff from the gulatis they are pathetic and too expensive and hopeless.... I had a very bad experience I won't ever go to this shop.

Amazing staff. Looking for authentic and genuine shop since I have zero clue when it comes to clothing. Also wanted to go to a place where quality is high. Who wants to look at 1000 pieces just to select one. Finally found this shop and met with Mahesh and team. These people are amazing and know how long relationships are built.

A month ago I visited them for an urgent shopping requirement. I bought a Bluetooth speaker at very reasonable price as compared to the online stores. The store owner and the staff is extremely friendly. They listen to the customer and comes with required product at the first time. They had this Skullcandy headphones around the corner which I tried, and was extremely satisfied with it and they didn't mind while I listened to 1 full song. Thanks:)

At the time of sale The promises will make you go for it in a second and the delivered product is not even 1% of the promises. Then you will call them and they will not come on the phone to attend. Still will expect you to send stuff back to recover. Highly unfinished lehnga, broken zips and on. I am so much disappointed in this service. Will never return and won't not recommend to anyone.

This place has the worst customer service. All employees look like they’re forced to sit there. If you try something and then reject it, the employees make weird faces. The lady in the basement literally asked me - why doesn’t my body look more like hers? 😳 Absolutely disgusted with this place!

Never buy anything from this shop. Worst customer experience. I bought a saree from here and got it stitched too. The material of the cloth was not good and stitching, inspite of giving double the amount of what is charged outside was the worst stitching ever done. Saree and blouse both were stitched haphazardly. My function got spoiled because of not getting proper fitting although I got it altered twice but the tailor could not alter properly. Will never ever enter this shop again.

One of the biggest cons (thug) of tricity. I have given my Saregama Caravan for repair at this store and was getting sugar coated replies till 2 months and finally got a confirmation that it cannot be repaired.. Please never give any product for service at this store as you will only feel cheated after the experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not come here. Not pleasant people to deal with. All the reviews regarding poor service are 100% true. We came from Toronto and purchased a Lehnga. It turned out to be short so we came back to exchange it. They spent hours trying to lie their way out of having to exchange it. Their tailor first confirmed he actually never altered the bottom or the top. He said this a few times. He changed afterwards to say he did alter the bottom. He never did. Lies. Then they said we gave wrong measurements for the lehnga. we have purchased so many lehngas. We have never altered the length as we are tall. We would never provide a short size for the lehnga. After an hour and half or two hours after they finally agreed to exchange it. They showed us bad lehngas and over priced them. Do not come here at all. They have such bad energy to them.
