    Fantastic food. Well worth stopping. This is not a fast food place so anticipate it taking a few minutes but the wait is well worth it. Don’t let the entrance scare you, the quality of the food is worthy of a 5 star restaurant. The woman running the place is pure gold. Definite must stop

    Had the Jerk Shrimp Tacos (sans cilantro) and they are incredible! Fabulous balance of heat, sweet, crunch, and umami. The ginger beverage is also delicious: sweet and spicy. Perfect after a hot day. Best food I’ve had on the big Island so far.

    Saucy Mama’s is a 10/10! We had the special- brisket, shrimp, and bernaise sauce over steak fries. The chai tea is homemade and freaking DELICIOUS! If you’re near Hilo- add this one in or make the drive. It’s worth it!

    We just had THE BEST fish and chips here. Seasoned and fried to perfection, paired with the most amazing sauces. If you are a fan of ginger beer, don't miss out on their ginger soda. Their homemade ginger syrup is magical with just the right amount of kick. Our only regret was not finding Saucy Mama earlier so that we would have more time to go back again and try everything else! Don't think twice. You need to go for the Saucy Mama experience now!

    This is absolutely the best hotdog I've had in my life!!!!! Literally life changing! Lisa and Rachel are amazing hosts and just made the experience so much more than a random road side food truck. If you are on Kona COME TO THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY!

    We didn’t eat but the food that came out looked amazing! I had the papaya smoothie and my husband had the Chai. Both were so good! I highly recommend making a stop!

    It’s so hard to leave a 5-star review for a food truck (even one with an overwhelming nice staff); but here it is. The pork tacos are awesome; today’s shrimp curry soup literally had my wife exclaiming because it was so good (and they have just the right amount of cowbell)!

    Fantastic food truck with great atmosphere! Menu is constantly changing, so always worth revisiting. Food was absolutely delicious, and the Chai Tea was the best I've ever tasted.
