OMG. wow I have never been so mad 😡 the employees were yelling at me telling me to download some other app the cashier looked like she was asleep the would then yell at you for not hearing her and then it was so empty they gave us the wrong order twice we were there for more than 1hr.Should have just went to Debonairs pizza

I've never experienced what I experienced tonight at Macdonalds kuruman how could you guys server 2 people stale burgers the buns are as hard as toast the patties are horrible I'm convinced that they sold us food that has been left out for days honestly 😕 I'm very disappointed at yal guy's service

Baddest service ever, There is no order in there. The person at the Drive Thru don't know how to talk with people. They give you koeldrank with water inside, is you order some extras they forgot every time to put it in. Who ever the manager is there needs to do really. Do the workers there even have matric because it di not even look like that. Really the food are good but the service are really really bad

Four stars because I enjoy MC Donald's but truly nothing special about this Mc Donald's. It is basically a pit stop from jhb to Aggeneys and used as a toilet stop because the place and the toilets are generally clean and at the same time you can grab a cool drink and something to eat.

Strike 3 for me... Shop looks like it's just been robbed, no menus or televised menu displays, staff are incompetent and have no clue on the product nor customer service, 3 out of 3 orders wrong or incomplete stay away and rather go to Kathu Macdonald's.

Kuruman McDonalds is a big disappointment. Drive thru queue is long & moving slow. Inside non of the display tvs are working or damaged, no where to see the menu. Service absolute poor, seemed like the lady is at work by force, slow moving. Ordered Oreo McFlurries, no but no oreos mixed into the ice-cream just half an oreo broken over the ice-cream. Only thing working excellently was the aircon.

Barely audible drive through. Did not have large cups for coffee.... again. Did not receive our drink with the meal. Realised too late. Cheeseburgers were drier than the Sahara Dessert.

I used the drive thru service and It didn't take me time to get my meal

Was there for just an ice cream. Waited 20minutes. Going back inside to enquire they have not even started with the ice cream and they still got ihe order wrong. To the extend that I was overcharged in the first place on a wrong order and was R13,00 refunded. Some people can't function independently, they need constant supervision

Yall didn't give me two patties on my burger and I had ordered a mcfeast🚮🚮🚮yall burgers are dry ,yall don't package your food correctly and you just put your sauces like pre school kids

Sivuyisiwe Nondzaba at the Drive-Thru have so attitude and rude it's not even funny. When taking your order she want to tell you what to order. Coming at the pay point busy on the phone se carry on put on your mask and repeating while she can see and hear I am on the phone.

Waited 10 min to order in the drive thru. When i was helped they do not have chicken foldover or chips

Probably the most unprofessional, incompetent and rudest staff. Mcdonalds Kuruman has now set a standard for how not to treat customers. Never again!

Worst customer service delivery here, the first person at the pay counter is rude and can't talk properly. She does not sanitise but yet ask you to wear a mask in your car.

They have very very poor service especially during the night

The drive through service is horrible. You have to wait the longest time for your food and you’d be told please go wait on the parking lot and still wait again. I really don’t understand what is the purpose of the drive through when one has to wait longer for their food.

Cold burgers waited 20min for 2 burgers Cheese Quater pounders. Coke Zero flat no gas in

This place was awful, the order was placed wrong and then the lady who took the order was not listening after she made the mistake. We waited 30 minutes for the order and we were the only people in the restaurant and the drive-thru had 1 car ( 7am). They brought the wrong drinks after it was corrected, and then we waited another 10 minutes for them to make the right drinks. It was awful.

I’m so mad right now, I asked for a spicy mcfeast burger and they gave me normal. It’s not the first time they make such a mistake, last I bought a spicy chicken foldover they still gave me garlic. And again I asked for a spicy mcfeast and they gave me grand chicken spicy! These people don’t listen!

Bad service, screens for menu do not work in the store, but the store was clean inside. Had to wait for some time until someone finally showed up to take my order at the counter.

McDonald's is a gold standard through and through. I can only fault the menu screen at the drive thru l could not see my order on the screen.

3rd time giving me the wrong order, it was already too late, I had driven far away by the time I've realized. Need to double check orders before leaving.

Fast and friendly service. Below McDonald's service standards of fresh food fast. The burgers were enjoyable enough but both those and the chips were cold and not fresh. Being the only McDonald's in the area, please improve on that.

The food is okay, I wouldn't say Fast though. I cannot fail to stress that your Mac Donald's doesn't have proper wifi nor does it not have self help kiosk IN 2023!! We cannot redeem offers through the system because it doesn't work, I had to go over through to the drive thru , how horrible is that? Please revamp your Restaurant .

The worst fast food transaction I have ever experienced. I rarely trash businesses publicly but I cannot restrain my comments! We were at the store almost an hour! There were approximately 15 orders after ours (which was not a large order). Each and every order was given before ours and when we enquired why, the attitude was so don't care!! We asked for the owner's number and of course were given some random number. I don't even think the fellow who said he is the manager, was indeed the manager. So, Owner, sorry to say, the confidence you express in your own write up of your business is unfortunately off the mark. The food was good, service very bad. So, I shall sadly not recommend McDonalds Kuruman.

The place is user friendly, the food is good, tellers are friendly. They must just emprove their reaction time for order.

The drive-thru unit was not audible - screen out of order - could not review my order. Did not get my drink in the correct size cup - out of stock. My drink was barely cold with no ice.

Just finished my "spicy mcfeast" took a large meal, chips was not seasoned (no salt at all) the burger had about half a teaspoon chilli sauce only got to it when the burger was about finished... Guys i know you can do better than this, not very happy tonight. Pick up the pace as this type of service can reduce turnover.

The workers don't know what they are doing. They don't know the menu, they don't listen properly. I want a spicy chicken and then they placed a Cajun order, when I explained to the lady, she said that there's no such thing as a spicy chicken just because I didn't say GRAND chicken spicy but spicy chicken. And then the other time I asked for a regular meal, they brought a medium meal and had to pay way more money than I had budgeted for.
