The service was excellent . food was so delicious

My order is always wrong. I'm a vegetarian so you can imagine.

Today was not the 1st time I had to wait an 1hour for burgers. Plus the staff is so unfriendly. It's a no go for Steers Kuruman

We ordered a full chicken, no cut but they cut it, some pieces were missing, the order was just wrong. They focus more on deliveries than the people at the store.

The food at Steers is amazing, although the service might be a bit slow, the food definitely makes up for it.

Very bad service...the stuff is lazy and not worried about customer service...imagine waiting for 4 burgers for a whole 1 hour....the shop wasn't even busy...imagine what happens when it's a busy day...I'll never go back shame yhoo.

Very, very poor service, and unfortunately not the first time!!!! It took them an hour and 45 min to deliver 4 burgers after we had to phone them twice!!! Really need to work on their service!

Very friendly people, even on the busiest days they manage to uphold the standard of amazing service and tasty mouth watering 😋 food

We stopped there yesterday to buy lunch and got robbed.🤬My husband got hurt in the proses. This is a dangerous place. After reporting the incident to you manager were told they have security in the store but not in the parking lot. We were parked right in front of the door and no one helped. I'm sorry. You will never see us again 🤬🤬🤬

Steers Kuruman is the worst!poor customer service and bad delivery service. I ordered a meal,and never received my order, I paid online,I'm truly disappointed and unhappy. Common decency would be appreciated by calling me letting me know that they cannot deliver. This is not the first time I get poor service, I've been here for about 2 weeks and a half but still no difference. I'd just like my money back as I didn't even get my food!

So many previous reviewers here have said that the service was extremely slow, but till now they haven't rectified it. The shop is severely understaffed. The cashier runs between serving customers and doing kitchen work. In a space of 15-20 minutes only 4 customers were served.

I was bad idea to go to steers I had for ice cream for the whole 45min

Absolutely bad service. Online orders take forever to arrive. Every time we order its at least an hour and a half waiting... and then the food is ice cold upon arrival. Could have just as well made my own burgers and still have time to spare.

Almost 2 hours since we ordered. Food has not been delivered. Can't get hold of the store. No one is answering. Very very bad service!!!!!

Food is good and staff is friendly. Place is cleen.

The chips where very oily and cold , and that made me change my opinion about the burger as well. But the chips were not good at all.

I have received bad service. I have order online but still go wait almost an hour for my burgers. I arrived home only to find that the burgers were dry with no sauce on, went back only for then to put BBQ sauce on and a lot of BBQ sauce. I am finish with Steers for this year.

I was at Fish Aways. Waited 20 min for 1 large calamari. If that is the large the small must be tiny! Some of the calamari was still raw and I asked for a coke zero and got a coke. As a diabetic this is not good!
