Food was what could be expected from the outlet. Staff was very noisy and we did not get our exact order, but due to time restrictions, could not wait to get the order corrected.

Not happy with the food quality!!! Ordered two Breakfast Box and the Chicken was soggy and the wrap had so much sauce on you could hardly taste the egg and Chicken... Don't think Kuruman KFC wil see me soon...

After the KFC has been revamped it was the first time that I bought food . But the service was very good and did not wait very long. The food was great,keep it up.

This store needs a facelift, there's a weird smell when you're inside. The staff is friendly and fast, but the food is bland and cold. It's like they batch prepare food and Wait for customers to buy, which helps manage the queue but there's nothing fun about non fresh food. If you take the drive through you'll queue from the main road for a long time.

Ever since this KFC reopened after renovations , I have purchased here a few times with hope that the quality will improve . You can buy chicken at 21:00 and put in the fridge and when you try to eat in the morning it will be rotten . They probably still using the chicken that they had frozen while they were busy with renovations . Disgusting truly

They are very slow and they don't alrert customers when some items are not available
