I went past as I visited Kuruman. Bought some stuff for my daughter and bought myself zinger wings. Service was very poor and had to wait for a very long time. On my way as I opened my zinger wings; I found them very dry and burned. As seen on the picture.

Employees hardly communicates with the customers other then calling out their order and asking R2 for hope

Good staff and I love the service that they have.

They provide a very quick and friendly service. They get your order correct first time. In most times they serve fresh food, unless you want to eat their wings in the morning, I am not yet sure if it would be the wings from the previous day and only warmed up in their cooking oil that morning, or they use the cooking oil from the day before to cook the wings, either way, they are not to die for, in a very literally sense of the meaning. They keep the place neat and tidy. And for a place that is mostly busy, their bathrooms are actually clean, even though I haven't been to the ladies side, I'm pretty sure they got that side spot clean as well. Plus, I do not think they would want their customers catching an infection due to their negligence. So, do come through to fill up your empty tank when passing in Kuruman. You will not be disappointed.

We always order online my wife and I so that we don't waste time in ques.. so the service is excellent

Very unhappy,I was embarrest if front of a lot of people,I have a R150 KFC voucher ,the cashier was so unfriendly, rude inpacient and told me that the voucher is not valid and mine only expired on 2024,she did not even go the extra mile and called the H/O to inquire about the voucher. I even called H/O, I am waiting for a reply for almost two days .This explained everything where the branches get the customer service mandate from very ,very unhappy😡👎

There welcoming staff at the door are not having experience in handling customers. But in terms of social distancing and ither covid19 regulations they are good and compliant

This is a crime hotspot. Hide your phone before going here. Staff knows about syndicate stealing phones in front of their shop. Their Camera Positions is useless to help catch the criminals.

No water in toilets, no tomato sauce for fries, no serving boards, bad customer service. I hate it
