The host was very helpful and friendly. Room definitely not up to standard, does not look as the pictures on your website. Room smelled and sis not feel clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Would not say that is was worth the R800 we paid.

I have to prepare for work and there is no hot water and for the amount that they charge there is not breakfast here.

Excellent Service - Best Breakfast I had in a long time, Just a shame did not spend much time sleeping there as we worked in the night.

Ah, the joys of our delightful stay at Kuru Kuru. Upon messaging her, the charming female host confirmed we'd be staying in the twin room. But surprise! We had the pleasure of experiencing a magical reservation mix-up where our pre-paid twin paradise was swapped for a cozy single chamber reminiscent of Harry Potter's cupboard. The audacity to even hint at charging us extra for this ‘upgrade’ was a comedic touch! The male host? Let's just say he wasn't winning any congeniality awards. Upon entering our regal suite, we were greeted by the lingering aroma of a chain-smoking marathon and beds that made prison cots feel like five-star luxuries. As a bonus, our neighbors decided to host their version of Woodstock and even brought their own special guests just to ensure the decibel levels were at a maximum and no one slept a wink. All in all, a memorable experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. 1 star – because unfortunately, I can't rate it any lower. Pro tip: NEVER stay here.

Got to the guest house yesterday evening unfortunately it was fully booked. The lady at the reception helped us find better accommodation as it was our first time in the town and we were having a challenge with our phones. She called the other guesthouse host to come and pick us up. Waited with us until they came to pick us up. We would have loved to stay there because of the lovely reception we received. The lady who helped us was patient and lovely. I wish I took her name.
