The worst service ever, it doesn't even deserve half a star, i had 2 put one star because u cant even post a comment if dont put a star. Employees are rude and inconsiderate especially ladies. U sit there the whole day just 4 collecting ID n Passport, I mean they're already there they just have to hand it over to me but no they give me a number now I must wait, numbers are called randomly, while still waiting they are not even busy, not even in their counters, they go from one room to the other, hey what is happening here...boom there they are on lunch... Home affairs we've got lives, we can't spent the whole day in your compact building waiting for stupid smart IDs that are already in your branch but can't hand it over to rightful owners.😡😡😡 After waiting for so long, just when you think it can't get any worse boom...system offline 😖

Arrived for 730 as website said it then opened. It only opened at 8am. I was no 20 for smart id and no 1 for passports. However I waited for 4 hours before anything happened..

The kuruman HA does not deserve 1 star. What a mess? Unorderly. People pushing in ques. Not provision for the elderly and babies. Stood in the que since 11.30 to 15.00 and could still not be assisted. I travelled from Lime Acres to Kuruman on 30 april 2018. I will not recommend anyone to go to this offices ever.

I did surname change for my son, after full year it's still not done; when I follow up with them the surname is not yet amended and there is nothing they can do about it; I asked them what if I waited for another year...? They had no answer for me. I decided to call home affairs National office just for follow up...it did not even take 5 minutes then my query was sorted which kuruman home affairs failed to do...service sucks wth incompetent staff. Fast and efficient.

This is probably the worst Home Affairs Office in South Africa. No one actually cares to help someone. The ink has been finished for 5 weeks now, and no one cares to take charge and get ink to actually print the legal papers that they are supposed to print. There is no organization in this place and it's dirty. They need serious intervention.

Their customer service is very good and waiting time

It's freezing cold, Kuruman home affairs is not opened for public as yet(08h20). The people must wait outside with babies outside the premises. The security said they open at 09h00, and people must queue outside in the freezing cold weather.

The worst service ever, disorganized and chaotic place.The last time I went there I had to leave and drive to postmunsburg and if the pmg can deliver at that level surely there is no excuse for the terribly service from kuruman
