The place is very neat, Beautiful and interesting👌. I got the best service, my needs were met, and staff was very respectful towards me at all times. Best Hotel Ever🥰

The front office staff is very friendy and welcoming ,the rooms are very spacious and clean not to mention the delicious oxtail.I will definitely come back.

This is one of the worst rooms I stayed in. There was 3 holes in the thatched roof. The bathroom taps were falling apart. The pool would not be used by me and my son as it was dirty. The Dstv remote battries were flat. The DSTV was dangeling on the antenna as the cable was to short. You had to get up to change a channel as the decoder was facing upwards. The room floor was dirty. On the plus side, the bottled water was great as i know the quality of the tap water. When we booked in the receptionist took us to our rooms She was friendly. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the breakfast, fruits,cerial avalible.

I enjoyed the meals, especially breakfast. However, I was not impressed with the quality of the rooms. Those bedding should be replaced

They will come in from the receptionist was very good the rooms are big they also have a backup of electricity in case of a load shedding a backup of water

The food was good but expensive so prepare to sell a kidney. The room was okay, but the area is very unsafe. I won't recommend going for strolls at night

I only went to the bar for a meeting. The service was really good. I was happy, and my client was happy too.

I went for supper and did not sleep there, the place was fully booked. The food was not that presentable and seemed very basic as if I prepared it myself.

When we slept over in 2018 it was a lovely place for an overnight stay. However it appears that NO maintenance has been done on this establishment since then. This is my overall view of Country Hotels. We stayed over at the Calvinia Hotel in 2020 and our experience was the same.

I forgot my Keratase shampoo, I called to reception and asked to keep it for me for a week, i will fetch it on my way back. They told me no problem, we have it. So I specifically drive the road pasd the hotel thought from the beginning i had another plan. Just to find out they don’t have it. Why to lie?!!

The accommodation is located alongside a busy arterial road where traffic and noise began at 5am. The bed offered no support and we're very uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Arrived late, after 9 pm. The Receptionist was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable; we would stay there again.

Horrible bed. No warm water. A disgrace to hospitality industry. The curtains say it all.

Very disappointed!!! Aranged for a meal at the Restaurant....after we placed order we were informed that there was no potatoes for chips and no hake available.... after I did confirm we would like to eat at the Restaurant. Toilet seat in poor condition and blinds broken....can't close or open. Door handle broken and screws loose. Basin taps loose and non functional. Shower very dirty and unhygienic. Shower door not closing properly and handle loose. Towels not clean. All this at R1250.00 per night for a double room? Don't think it's value for money at all. The Kuruman Inn won't see me again, that's for sure !!!

Been using the establishment for two years for work purposes and has never been disappointed but the state of my room or the the food and the Staff, Mariteng, Anthony,Natasha, Daphs,(my candy crush) Thank you for making this my home away from home will surely miss you guys. Until we meet again.

The service was great from the receptionist to the housekeeping to room service department. The manager was available at all times and the stuff was friendly.

Rooms in main building were definitely not up to standard, door locks were holding on by a thread. Bathrooms need attention as well. Breakfasts are very limited

Stay was ok but the wifi connected but no internet lucky they had 2 wifi networks but neither had internet there is also dstv but the remote struggles to work because the dstv is like 2 meter higher than where you need to watch from and you cant move it to its dedicated position because the cables are too short
