It could definitely be better with some minor touches but it was really good value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a backup generator

The rooms were freezing cold

The staff are very friendly and I love that they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Stayed for the whole week and I must say it was enjoyable. Things I wish they would improve on is to have better properly shower doors that close, the aircon to be situated in a better position to keep the room cold or hot depending on the weather because I visited Thuba Kobo during cold times my room was cold and lastly to know the allergies of client as on the last day my breakfast had tomoto which I specified since my arrival. It is a place with visiting!
