Extremely poor service. Whilst consulting with pharmacist, he answers his cell phone and ignore his custumor, also during consultation, the pharmacist ignore any further consultation the moment a black lady came in. His full attention switched to the lady instead. I was ignored point blank from that moment he noticed the black lady. Very racist service indeed, and very unprofessional. I will never make use of this pharmacy again.

Google says opens at 8 though the hours on the door is 8.30 very bad for our working class.

Worst service ever, very poor service. Opens late after opening hours, staff is too busy talking and getting lunch ready, could not use my loyalty rewards on my clicks card, claimed that, that part of their service is offline. Rather close for good.

WE buy some items on a regular basis from Clicks for a lodge in Kuruman and we experience poor service every time. Can any business afford not to provide good service to their clients? Well-known businesses had to close their doors, partly because employees did not want to see the importance of good customer service.
