    Best coffee. Great near perfect carrot cake Beautiful restaurant. Just need to work on the service. Waiter did not clean the table in a near 60 minute dining experience then went home without our knowledge. Overall very likeable place. Thank you

    The staff we encountered were friendly, neat and enthusiastic. The food was tasty, neatly presented and as fresh as fast food will allow. Portions are generous. Milkshake delicious. The cappuccino will wake you up pronto. Staff appears to be spread way too thin and/or management/morale needs improvement. Staff's performance is lacking and not necessarily out of incompetence or unwillingness. Taking too long to seat customers and bring menus, too long to check in and take orders. The playpen is nearing a dreary state - not maintained and not cleaned. The ball pit is empty, balls are dirty and too few, many of them flat, nets are torn and carpets are dirty and curling up at seams.

    The wings were not fresh and way too small. For the second time that I've been there I was given my JagerBom in a broken glass. So unacceptable 😑

    We Arrived and were told to get a table ,a waiter will be with us. 10 minutes later we were still without a waiter. We had to go and request a waiter again. When the waiter came she was all over the places took our drink order and vanished. We decided to leave for another restaurant instead as no one was assisting us. No manager even came to our table. Waiter don't even know the own menu. Bad service in general

    The place was not busy we were there around 2 pm. We ordered lunch and it took almost an hour to get the lunch. Once we got it we changed it to takeway as i still had to drive. It became the padkos...food was really good pity that the sevice too so long

    The overall experience at this establishment has been mixed. On the positive side, the food is enjoyable, and the abundance of seating and screens make it an appealing spot for sports enthusiasts. Our initial visit left a favorable impression, prompting us to return for another dining experience. Regrettably, not all visits have been without hiccups. On one occasion, a waitress mistakenly took the wrong order, leading to a bit of disappointment. Unfortunately, when we returned the incorrect order, we were served what appeared to be old or reheated food, a turn of events that left us dissatisfied. While the positive aspects, such as the pleasant ambiance and tasty dishes, might still entice a return visit, the inconsistency in service and the incident with the wrong order and subsequent handling of the situation do cast a shadow on the overall dining experience. It's a reminder that even in establishments with appealing features, service and attention to detail are crucial for a consistently positive customer experience.

    ROSTILI - the new kid on the block I was truly surprised. Beautifully decorated, this Beef and Beer restaurant invite you in to join in their culture. There are more than enough tables and different seeting options. The bar is on the second floor with enough space, beautifully decorated an even a braai area. It is not a large menu, but we are in a area where meat is king and I must say, they know how to prepare and serve the steaks. We had Sirloin, T-bone, Rump and Ribs and they were all perfectly grilled. I definitely will visit again and recommend Rostili as a must visit little gem. Being at the Mokala Mall., there are more than enough parking and it is safe.

    Rostili's provided delicious platters definitely worth evry Rand😁 their tartare sauce is devine🤩 Service was pretty slow from the waitress maybe it was her off day🤷🏼‍♀️ I'd rather do a take away next time than dine in.

    I ordered a garlic bread for starters and a T Bone steak with onion rings and salad. The garlic bread was a loaf!! The steak was beautifully cooked but terribly over spiced. I never received my onion rings. The restaurant is terribly understaffed and the service was terrible. Another customer had to stand up and wave his arms and shout to get a waitron to his table.

    All together not so bad with food quality but, 1. Our waiter disappeared the whole time after the first order... 2. The menu needs a update, its been the same for quite a while. Maybe take a look into adding more exiting dishes, give it a twist and turn, spice it up, make it exiting to try out... You are situated in one of the best spots around with no competition in the area. I believe the seats can be filled everyday with a adjustment here and there.

    Very dissapointed in a 500 gram rump order. The waiter also agreed it's the size of a 300 gram rump. I paid the full prize and gave the waiter a good tip. I consider not to support you again in the future. Sorry. That was my last time.

    Will never buy here again. Been supporting them since 2020. Bought 2 burgers today, nothing was put on the burgers, no source or any vegetable, just patty and a roll, that’s it. Ordered meat medium, it was well done and overcooked, dry, horrible. Waited an hour for the food. They are experimenting and should just shut down. Will but at Spur.

    Never ever get sushi here, its the worst quality and very cheaply made, using ingredients not sushi grade. It was absolutely disgusting, the only thing they didn't do wrong was the drinks.

    Horrible steak that I ever eaten in my life. Not only hard but horribly burnt and tasteless. I was there on 03 June 2023 at 13:00 and please fire whoever was cooking at the time. I will never set my foot there ever again.

    Waited 10 mins and no service and when I asked barlady she laughed at my question. So left and went to Saddles which was 100% better service and food.

    The food is great but the reception is very poor. You always feel unwanted in that place. On arrival no one is smiling at you all at the reception look angry to see a client or the just dont care that you entered their restaurant so you show yourself to the seat and wait for someone to ring a bell from the kitchen to signal to the same people that you passed at the reception that a client has just walked in.And then the menu comes and the Waitron leaves you for a good 1 hr could be more if you don't make a noise for them to come get your order.

    When we first arrived, the waitress said that they cannot serve coffee, which was strange, seeing as coffee is a very basic drink to have at any restaurant. Then we ordered other drinks. She eventually brought 3 of the 4 drinks, and sounded shocked when we asked for the 4th drink, as if we didnt want all the drinks at the same time (we were 4 people at the table). Not a bad place at all, just a single not-so- good experience. But I am not writing Rostili off. The food was amazing

    Nice set up, bad service! No one at reception stood nearly 5min, decided to walk in hoping waiters will see us and attend to us, 15min later it felt as if we would never be assisted, called their nr and made them aware of our presence, waiter seemed cross that I called for assistance to a point that the menu books were thrown on the table, decided to ignore that, He left without asking if I would need anything, came back after 5min, argued about what the menu said, "lime and strawberry shake" corrected us arrogantly, "no its lime or strawberry " only for him to tell me its a typo, asked for Icetea again a bad response " with a skew face "we do not serve ice tea we do not have in store" It felt that asking for Ice tea was a mistake, its that face that made me walk out.. Nevere again. 4got to mention the lady who also gave me a sleg andwoord just for informing her that we are entering due to no one assisting at reception, hoping she would assist us upon finishing taking her order... she never came back. Never will I go there again + menu looks overpriced compared to the Oasis casino

    This restaurant was recommended by two guesthouses in the area. I was rather disappointed in the service and the quality of the food. Two quarter chickens turned out to be two tiny, extremely overdone Marylands. The chicken schnitzel was tasty and much better prepared. Although the restaurant was very quiet, our waitress never made an appearance after our food was served. Maybe this is standard in Kuruman?

    Service poor. Two waiters helping the entire floor. Waited 4 almost if not over an hour for food. You can do better.
