I recently had the pleasure of visiting B16 Clinic for a skin treatment, and I am thrilled to give them a well-deserved five-star rating. My experience at B16 Clinic exceeded all my expectations, now my dry skin totally changed, and I was happier with the results. The staff at B16 Clinic are not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I had visited the clinic for a minor skin issue on 10.10.22, was attended by Dr. Abirami, i had taken 2 tabs which she had prescribed. This created a reverse issue , felt dizzy and vomitting. Had called her clinic, they told me to come and that they would replace the tabs. However due to my wife's ill health and her sudden demise i was delayed , hence visited the clinic on 26.10.22 was asked to pay Rs 300 for consultation . Their staff are inhuman. I have gone there for a change of medicine. Very unprofessional. I just left the place. Not a good place for treatment. Sad to say this Dr. I would definitely not recommend this place

Dr Abirami is one the best dermatologists in Coimbatore. She is very knowledgeable and her diagnosis was spot on. Consulted her for my daughter. She diagnosed the condition immediately and also explained in detail about the pros and cons of the treatment. Well maintained hygienic clinic with all latest equipments. Will definitely recommend the doctor and place.

I went to Dr. Abirami with much reluctance after having a turmoil of treatments n medications for years for my face issues. She was highly recommended by someone very close to me. After I met her I kept my full faith on her as she clearly explained my problem and how it can be kept away for a lifetime with simple treatments. Her team is fantastic, Dr. Sangeetha has helped me very profoundly. They have a lot of patience to take care of our queries or requests. The treatment staff are also very patient and guide you through the process meticulously. They have helped me ease out of my pain n stink on the face. I definitely feel confident now to step out of home. She also helped me with a mole extraction and also a cyst extraction. A simple clinic with multiple treatments for each issues. I am reviewing this clinic after 8 months of doing my hair transplant. This is the BEST clinic for hair transplant. Dr. Abirami and team has done a wonderful job and I am extremely happy with the results. PRP sessions after treatment were painless. Clinic is very well maintained and hygienic. The staffs are courteous and they reply to the questions patiently. I have reffered many patients here and will continue to do so. Thanks to Dr. Abirami for gaining back my confidence.

I came here for hair fall and acne as my friend recommended b16 clinic. Dr. Abirami explained in detail to me about my condition and her treatment is also very satisfactory. she is very kind and friendly which makes me very comfortable in discussing everything with her. My hair fall and acne has reduced very well in 2 months. About the staff, Saranya sister who assisted dr for the procedure is also nice. Compared to other skin clinics , the charges here are very affordable and the medicines are also available everywhere for u to buy. The building , infrastructure and ambience is so good, Very pleasant and beautiful. Overall one of the best skin clinics i would recommend. if the patient is regular in their treatment and follow dr's advice the result is sure.

Very expensive place in Coimbatore, Consultation 450rs is compulsory even we have knowledge about our skin types.i have wasted my time and money. Hydra facial is 10000rs it's very expensive treatment ever. I dont suggest this place...too many options in City with good price tags.

Posting on my wife's behalf because she had to go through worst experience with this clinic.'One of the worst clinic experience I faced ever. I properly booked appointment for skin treatment and reached hospital at the exact time the appointment was fixed. But they made me wait for more than 90 min. They made me pay for the procedure prior and refused to refund the amount when I asked after 1 hour of waiting time. The 3 ladies in first floor reception behaved very rude and arrogant. After 90 min of waiting time they started the procedure and I'm completely dissatisfied with the results. Will never visit this place again.'

I went for hair loss treatment. They simply suggested vitamin, iron tablets and minoxidil. Not even checked whether I have dandruff or any other issues. But I followed the medication. After 4 months, she asked to stop the medication. After I stopped the supplements the hairfall continues. They won't check the cause of hairloss and give supplements alone. It's waste of time and money.

Very Bad. People in Reception purposely make us to wait, no proper information. Very worst management in appointment. Client have to wait at least 1 hr even after confirming the appointment. Consultation fee is too much, every time we need to pay. Disappointed totally. Wasted nearly 10000.

One of the worst experience.. I visited this hospital when I came from abroad.. they promised me an online consultation after the first visit.. and gave medicines only for a month.. after I came abroad.. 1. Hard to talk to the doctor 2. Online consultation are only fake (they don’t support at all) 3. Helpless staffs.. personally I would give a “0” for the accountability and patient care for the doctors and staffs.. never will I recommend this clinic to anyone who’s desperate to have some outcome..

No respect for others'time. I called reception for an appointment, they said I can walkin and consult doctor immediately. After reaching the clinic, again we mentioned that we are in urgency and asked if there will be any delay, but the receptionist said there were only 3 people before us. Then they Immediately received the payment from me and we were waiting and waiting. It took more than an hour to consult with the doctor. Very poor appointment management, they just didn't want to let go of the "customer" and their early payment was the insurance for that.

Dear Mr Owner of B16, Kindly go Prozone mall opposite your branch and check 1st December 2023 around 1.30 to 2 PM patents register. My name is Thangaraju. I paid Rs 450 for registration and paid Rs 970 for blood test. I just went for pimple in my face and head. For that not required blood test, even your staff forced me to take blood test. After taking blood Your employee did not give even one rupee worth of plaster. Just gave a small amount of cotton. After that I went your pharmacy for buying medicine, again they are asking Rs 950 for medicine. I totally heated up and take back my file and came outside and Tear it up and throw it in the garbage. If you have more clarification on this, please call me. My number is in your register.
