I am staying here for last 3 months. PROS: * Nearby hotels and bakery. * 2 washing machines. * Bike parking inside veranda. * Better quality bed (comfortable). * Toilet is Western and it is clean and neat. * 2 weeks once room cleaning (if we ask) and locker is available separately. CONS: * Hot water for bathing, is not available. It was promised on joining. * Drinking purified water is good, but hot water is not available for drinking. If u need it, you should go to nearly hotels. * Power-cut is very common here. UPS is available, but only for fan and ZeroWatts port. You cannot charge your phone and wifi will not work on powercut. * Wifi speed is good. But it is not stable. Sometimes, frequently wifi lost and came. You could not work, without your mobile network. * Rent is too high. ₹4250 per person in 2 sharing, which was ₹4000 when I was joining. (joining processing fee ₹500 and advance is one month rent) I choose this PG because, it is very nearby to KGiSL. If your office is far away, don’t even think to stay here.

This hostel really awesome. All people are good.mainly very safe in this hostel. I feel home feelings PG is located at very calm place and all the necessary needs are nearby only. So in my opinion the PG is at nice location and also the cleanliness and hospitality offered by the owner and staff members is very nice. Even though you'll be staying away from your home but you'll never feel that.

Located near Chil- SEZ IT park( Cognizant, Bosch , Indialand etc) . Just 1.5 km away from IT park . Room sharing vary from 1- 3 and very affordable pricing compared to other areas . Resturants like Joy bakery, white smoke restaurants available. Cleaning of rooms done when asked and no food provided here . Bike parking also available. It's a must go choice if you are here to do your job here

Excellent PG, worth for the tariff we pay.. Spacious, good with the mandatory amenities (Refrigerator, washing machine, hot water), neatly maintained.. Staying here from April 2022. Caretaker Murthy anna is kind and generous..👍👍 Great management too

Worth the cost. Nice and decent place to stay. All facilities are up to the mark.

This pg is best suit for working professionals like IT jobs, etc... .They have all facilities like washing machine, wifi etc.., rooms also neat and clean.

Spacious and well maintained. The care taker of the pg moorthy anna is simply outstanding. If u look for a good pg in saravanampatti then executive grande is the best!

Neet and well maintained compared to others

Probably the best PG near Bosch \ Cognizant campus (2.5km walking distance). Pros- The caretakers are humble and kind. I stayed here for 11 months and it was a good experience. Facilities like common washing machines & refrigerator, cupboard, bed, pillow, mattress, bucket ,mug, wifi ,ro water, parking are good and clean while you join. There are a few mess \ hotels nearby (500m to 1km). NOTE-Food is not provided in the PG. No issues related to deposit while leaving if you have informed them well before the notice period. A small bus stop (Sunnabukalavi) is nearby (500m) with bus number 111 going to Gandhipuram \ Thudiyalur on either sides. Rent is fair considering the facilities and overall experience. Cons- Rooms and attached bathroom are cleaned only once a week. Since it's an L shaped building only front facing rooms are well ventilated, it gets very hot in April & May. Table & chair are not included and are chargeable if you ask them. No geysers in the room, a Solar water heater is mounted on the terrace which has lukewarm water only for a small span of time. NOTE- Carry a total 2 months of rent (they take 1 month advance rent), a registration fee of 500₹ and a passport sized photo while joining.
