    Experiencing the joy of finding peace and calm under the guidance of Dharshana. My body feels light and energetic and it is an absolute bliss. It's only been two months and the flexibility and clarity I have found is completely unbelievable. Gratitude Dharshana for the knowledge part you share and the effort you take in connecting with us individually. Would certainly recommend her classes equally for beginners and who is struggling to stay constant with their practice.

    Where I can learn yoga more slowly and with breathing which helps me to learn inner self of me. I am discovering myself daily with yogini guru (dharshana akka). The way she teaches the poses is great. How many times you ask doubt she will support you to the core. The community I got in yoga where I am reaping it's multiple benefits I have to mention here and I am grateful for that. And i am grateful for the decision I took to join her yoga course as much as i can (life long)🙏❤️✨

    Yoga sessions were very nice. Darshana pays attention each and every member and correct's the postures. It was a great experience to attend her session's.

    The sessions were very useful focusing on each part of body at a time. However Darshana also implements holistic living by focusing on the diet and mental health. Thoroughly enjoyed her classes. Thank you

    It’s been 2 months since I joined Dharshana akka’s yoga class. And I never had a feel that it is an online class, because akka will make sure that we are all doing the postures correctly. And I love the Friday classes because of the lamp meditation. She always maintains the timings properly, along with yoga she suggest us to continue fruit breakfast, early dinner and share knowledge about yoga. I would recommend her 100%.. Thank you so much Akka for all the efforts that you put❤️

    Dharshana is absolutely amazing, friendly and professional. I really enjoy my yoga session and feel comfortable and active. Her classes are challenging but relaxing at the same time. My favourite yoga teacher!! Highly recommend her classes !!

    Dharahana is an excellent teacher. She is so kind and knowledgeable person. She teach yoga with lots of patience. I had very nice experience when I was attending the classes. Looking forward to join more sessions. I will definitely recommend her.

    I have been trying yoga for a month now and mam is very patient and helps with every single doubts that I have. It's not just yoga it's pranayama and meditation also. Its a combined and a better way to start one's day. She brings in small and mindful habits in to our life to make it better. Healthy eating habits and journal writing which helps. And her sessions are always insightful with full of information.

    I loved the yoga session.The way she explains each aasanas gives us the enthusiasm to do it and attend class on regular basis. She takes the class in such a way that we love to workout on daily basis. She teaches the real value of life and the meditation gives us the extreme calmness and clarity in our day to day life

    Yoga for some believe it's a form of exercise to get your body flexible and mobile. But Darshana akka has showed it's more than just for body flexibility and mobility, it is a lifestyle worth living for. Many hand holding and small tweaks in our lifestyle can be done for a greater impact. As she says take it slow and trust your body and be happy always. You are a boon in my life. Thank you akka.

    I have been travelling with dharshana mam for one month.I love her dedication and discipline towards yoga, though she is not well. She shares her energy with us. Not only she concentrate on asana, meditation and pranayama, also she focus on daily routine and self journal. It's a holistic approach. we are surrounded as pure souls .Thank you so much God such a wonderful guru
