Convenient and comfortable place and ample space is avalable inside the premises. Cleanliness is highly conspicuous and the seevice of the staff is satisfactory. No service charge added to the bill despite excellent service. Food is sumptuous and desert is no exception. Even one portion of chicken fried rice can easily be shared with two adults and two kids. This place is worth for your money.

Went there to have lunch, ordered a egg fried rice and they nor the cashier or the waiter warned me of the size of the portion. And I ended up with a portion enough for 3 people. Rice was very mediocre. But I had there chocolate muffins and that was fresh and soft I loved it.

Very unprofessional and rude the way manager behaved when we went to book the banquet hall. Earlier said 350 seats can be provided but then said only 200 chairs available at site and the remaining plastic chair they have to take from somewhere else, which comes without covers. Some of the lights are not working, but they were promising it works. Carpet has large stains which they promised to cover but they never wanted to do that. When I repeatedly inquired on these matters manager said ‘it looks like you are looking for a neat and orderly place, we can’t provide that’. Further they have parking problem too. They tell lots of lies and give promises which they never intended to fulfill. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If you are going to book this place for your big day please think twice. I don’t want anyone to ruin their once in a life time day for the lies of the people work here.

The manager is so rude. He doesn’t know how to speak to the guests and get the work done. We discussed and confirmed everything including the payment. Last moment he said he can’t do. Highly disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend at all. But the staff is really nice. This place will go down because of the manager’s rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Very nice place as well as food and the service .in first time i went there what happen, actually i find the place to have my lunch near pothuhara or waduragala.because i didnt expect like this place in middle of the city.how ever i cannot find good plan for my lunch .then i entered to the city and i saw the bravo hotel .parking also much enough .that is how i found this place.anyhow nice place.

It's a good clean place to have a decent meal. Nothing special I found just the usual fare but the lunch buffet was worth the money. All the food and beverages are reasonably priced. staff is attentive and usually few of them are in the restaurant

Extremely poor management. We went three times to check and they promised and confirmed seating arrangements, lighting and the payment (we didn’t even bargain) but they refused at the last moment because it wasn’t ‘profitable’ for them.

Do not go to hangout just pass it if you are driving out from the town or make a u turn if you are going in to town. Do not miss it. Up to Now it is the best place to have a quality meal.
