Worst experience, no service at all, plates and glasses are smelly and not clean. Toilets are worst than ever. Not recommending to evan an enemy.

Previously this was a great place to dine in and have a tea with pastry items . Now place is unclean and untidy. Washrooms are not useable. Tea is not available (only machine tea available). Pastry items are cold. Needs lots of improvements .

Good place to have lunch with plenty of seating arrangement available. Food prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking available in the basement. Place has nice modern vibe. Bakery items are very good. Service can be improved specially in the takeaway area by giving better training and be more friendly and engaging toward customers.

We came all the from anuradhapura looking for a place to dine in but hard to find one as it was a poya day. Suddenly we saw this on maps and hit in. We have no regrets as this place and food was awesome enough to made us fresh and recharged. Customer care n food, place all and everything just top class and highly recommended. I went to buy a cake. Everything looks good. But I wanted to pay with my VISA card, their card swipe machine not working. The person on the cashier carelessly said, machine not working, take money from the ATM otherwise we can't do anything. I am disappointed. Hangout is bit famous and a worth place in Kurunegala. Having this kind of issue is not acceptable. This is my 1st experience in Hangout.

Great ambiance and delicious food! However, the Coffee shop area (First floor) lacked A/C, which might affect comfort. Ideal spot for work short meetings despite the A/C issue.

I was there to get some of my office work done along with some online meetings until my wife finishes her training session at Kurunegala hospital. I have ordered some food & went upstairs to get my work done as downstairs was somewhat busy for my meetings (Before that I asked from a girl on the cashier as well & she said it’s okay). After I have setup my laptop & everything a bald guy (wearing a white shirt with long sleeves) came and said that I can’t be there and I need to go downstairs saying it’s not open till 11am). I had to pack everything back again and come downstairs causing me to be late for one of the meetings. Then after 11am when I went back upstairs with my wife to finish another meeting as downstairs was pretty crowded (my wife also ordered some food from downstairs and we took them up). Another guy (wearing a yellowish shirt) came and said to my wife that we must to buy food from upstairs restaurant as well and if not we have to leave. This happened while I was in the meeting & he was bit loud as well. His attitude was really poor and no respect to the customer whatsoever. I am really disappointed about their customer service and never go back. Further, doesn’t recommend to anyone who is expecting to get some work done remotely solely due to the poor customer service. However, overall their food was okay.

I am sri lanka after one year. Previously, I liked this restaurant and food. But now food quality is low. Washroom not maintain well. Previously I liked milk tea in this restaurant. But now it's totally different. I will never drink tea again from this

A huge space in the heart of the Kurunegala city where you can have a snack of a meal in peace. There are 2 levels, which have a variety of seating options. The food available for you is pastries and local meal options. The taste is good buy not exceptional. A good and relaxing place to be and have bite to eat.

Customer service is very poor. The service girl was rude. I ordered a milkshake and she rudely said to say seated. I waited more than half an hour and she was not interested in preparing my order. At last I had to ask for nother person to prepare my order.

Food is not that great. Presentation is quite ok. But not tasty. 7/10 good place to hang out but not to have food Rs500 fried rice had only several chicken boney parts as devilled chicken. Its even really shameful to that huge building.

At the evening ordered a parate, a eggrotee, a chicken soup and all them are very bad conditions and at least they are not hot enough to eat. Washrooms are very untidy. I myself do not come again here for anything. Very unhappy about the service. I do not recommend this place to anyone here after.

Good place to have a good meal and spend the time with your loved ones. One of the best restaurants in kurunagala. The serve quality food for a reasonable price. They have enough space for parking. There is also a children's play area inside the restaurant.

The place has good food at a reasonable price. The biggest plus for these guys is that they have parking. Don’t expect exceptional food, but do expect value for money. I shall certainly visit this place again (and again)

Food is average and moderately priced, the venue is spacious and parking is available. The quality seemed to have downgraded a bit since when the place first opened but still a good stop for a meal. The washrooms are not up to the standard they try to maintain although not unusable.

A three story building with safe , ample parking in the basement and in the front. A restaurant you could have all three meals. Self service. Specialised in bakery items. Delicious food and beverages. Excellent service. Courteous staff.
