Customer service needs be improved. Had to wait around and look for employees. After waiting and searching for a staff member for like 10mins finally we were able to flag down a staff memeber and he was not happy about it. When we were asking about products, staff member only gave us short answers like he need us out of his hair as soon as possible. May be this was a tired and over worked employee and one time incident.I hope this will never happen again. They have good products tho.

Very delayed service. I had to continuously remind damro team to get my order. When I finally get the order they said that they cannot arrange the assemble of furniture at another city away from kurunegala which they earlier guranteed as possible. Worst service and quality of furniture is also not good. Not recommended at all if you're looking for long lasting houseware.

Beautiful & clean store but no one to get support . Wanna wait for service more time. They are in back stores or some where. If we wants to know about product wanna beg from them .

Lovely place. There are lots of products here. Home appliances, furnitures, electronic items and etc. Highly recommended for buying any of there products. Staff is very friendly, but we need to ask for assistance. They are not comming to help us when we arrived. We need to ask seperately for their assistance and after answering the questions they are going away. May be its due to their less staff.

Bad experience. Selected a Preethi Mixer Grinder and Gas Cooker. Gas Cooker on display was not available and offered slightly different model for up price. Then after filling warrenty details and few minutes, I was informed that, price has increased for Grinder. I requested to meet manager and he didn't show up for few minutes. Walked away empty handed and dissatisfied. Staff was friendly and supportive. Yet lazy to update price tags or may be I selected item they never sold. Parking space is limited in front of stores.

Good quality products and good service. But these days deliveries are getting late than the promised date because of production limitations due to covid. Other than that many products are not available these days at the stores these days.

Don't buy any product from Damro as they aren't refunding the money to customers who have cancelled the order prior to delivery. This is belongs to Nugegoda Branch & the Branch Manager is fooling the customers using Damro Head Office name. They take their own sweet time to refund the money & trying to bargain with the refund amount. I will take up this matter with social media & make an official complain against them in Consumer Affairs Authority in Sri Lanka.

Damro showroom Kurunegala has variety of products under one roof including but no limited to electronic items, furniture, kitchen items, home decorating items, office stuffs etc. They have a good collection. Promotional items are available. Staff is friendly and helpful but not in adequate numbers. Parking available at the side of the building and basement.

I found what I wanted for a reasonable price. Friendly and staff and quality service. Having their own prking and roadside parking if needed. I like the quality and the finishing of their products. Prices of most of the products seem low when compared to early 2023.
