A pizza place for the whole family. Family friendly. The garlic bread is my favorite. One of the best i have ever had. The buttery flavour tastes just about amazing. Recommended and affordable pizza place with offers that are almost always available.

The customer service is very poor. It is highly recommended to use the pickup order if you are ordering takeaway because if you went there and order for takeaway they will spend the whole day for preparing the order ( Experienced Several times ). Even though if you went for the dine in, it is also very poor service. They are spending very lot of time in preparing food. It is not recommended for a quick bite. If you have lot of time then you can visit this place. 🙏🙏

I visit this place on 2days ago. At the time I have to wait more than 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a dine in menu but they give me after parcel it. When I ask she took a tray and hand over it to me. Then I try to eat source isn't there. I have to go down and take it by myself. Then I noticed they don't give me paper serviette as well as above. 3rd time I go there to take it. I was ask to buy ice-cream they reply me they don't have it. Earlier this was great but now Im very disappointed about them. I try to give my feedback there survey but after ratings are fill with negative comments I can't proceed it on the survey. They slowly keep 100 or 50 rupees and when we asked for that they just say " sorry " . And again do that for another customer ... Disgusting ! when we asked for some cups for pepsi they said that cups are over. What a shame.! A/C is not working ... Tables are very dirty , they dont clean regularly . We just asked for a proper place for a party , they said that that place is no longer there , have it on the ordinary table. We were really upset by that word... That disturbed others fine time.

Cozy place. Best for dine in. Can hangout with family and friends. Anyone can stay there for a long time and maybe do some studies etc. Not too busy and a noisy place.

As we all love pizzas dominos is also a great place to have a delicious and good pizza. Everything is good apart from the service is being late. Not blaming to the employees there because, minimum number of employees working there which they can't cope up with the number of customers. Don't know why the branch manager cat see the probs :)

The quality of service we received at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. The chicken nai miris pizza we ordered had sparse toppings and a badly overcooked crust that resembled a burnt roti with mediocre toppings (pics attached). After contacting the store, they picked up the burnt pizza and delivered a new one, but unfortunately, it was overloaded with nai miris and an excessive amount of chilli cleverly hidden with a layer of cheese. As a result, I suffered from diarrhea. The replacement pizza did not meet my expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and ill, especially given the high cost of the order. When I reached out to the store manager, Chandima, to express my concerns and give them the chance to address the issues, she showed little interest in resolving the matter and suggested that I visit the store to get another pizza. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

First......All KFC are same no different then other KFC. But Kurunegala KFC is Best for customer service. They're crew are very Good And there is an underground parking. And lot's of tables for dine in.

In lunch hours and pass lunch hours you can experience tipical kfc busy counter experience and messed up orders. Anyway staff is okay, looks like they trying their best to provide a good service to everyone. Toilets are clean. There no play for kids area I guess.

Also came here with gift vouchers which cargills say redeemed from KFC, but yet the system stuck and not working... Can not even give a one star ranking.... Ordered a Pizza from these guys last month and got it delivered after 3 hrs late. Please try to improve this. Had good experience at Nugegoda Domino's though.

Very poor and primitive online service via the Domino's app. I ordered online, and faced a connection problem. Money was deducted from my VISA card without processing the order. The app did not even provide me with an order number. So I had to call Dominios call center two times and local provider one time which took me another 40 mins with added call charges. I had to give my VISA card details and all to prove the purchase. When I called the local provider he did not have any idea. The ones in the call center had not even informed them. VERY POOR SERVICE. Also better avoid the app, which is NOT SAFE TO DO ONLINE PAYMENTS.

These days they have a promo called Christmas Combo which says it includes a large pizza but when you try to order it, they say the pizza included in the promo is a cheese pizza and if you want to add meat they demand you to pay an additional fee of Rs 199.If they are doing a promo they should specifically mention in the flyer the specifics. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Visited there around 8.30 pm and it was very hot inside and the door is also closed. We understand that they aretaking precautions due to covid but its not possible to dine-in inside at all. It’s very hot. It’s good to follow health guidelines but they shouldn’t do it in a way that is inconvenient to customers.

I have no complaints about the quality of the food but customer service is not up to the level.
