Dont let those photos fool you. Under heavy construction, too noisy. Recently been there. It looks like a desert at the moment. No greenery at all. Even the grass is dried off like a desert. The service was fine, food was good 👌. But got extremely annoyed by the construction noises. So disturbing. If under renovation, please inform the guests. Also when we asked, they said it is not gonna continue after 5PM but the workers kept working and made noises. Not so professional. So make sure to verify those with them before booking.

We spent 1 night here in February. The location is very nice, calm environment. We had the room above the pool .The pool is awesome with one end having an infinite view. Very delicious food. Good service from the staff. They are very helpful and kind.The location is little bit difficult to reach. We enjoyed our weekend and recommended for anyone.

The hotel is set in the middle of a 57 acre coconut land. A natural swimming pool can be found here. Squirrels and a variety of birds are common here. The manager of this hotel is a very nice person. The rooms here were very clean. The bathroom is built with spaciousness. The mattress in the room was very comfortable. What is special is that although the hotel is located in the middle of a coconut estate, there are no mosquitoes. I recommend this to everyone who loves the nature.

This place was a wonderfull surprise for our first night in Sri Lanka. Lovely venue, 6 rooms, fantastic location, super friendly staff and for dinner one of the best tasting curry and rice we ever had. The rooms are basic and small, would certainly need some maintenance, but the place still is a real option when incoming from the airport and your not in a mood for a 4 hours straight drive to the cultural triangle. Check it out by yourself!

This is an amazing place in the center of a Coconut Estate, with great view. A calm and quiet place ideal for a hideout with your family. Kids had a different experience walking in the estate, seeing the sub cultivation. There’s a small lake high up in the estate. The pool is awesome with one end having an infinite view. Rooms have a classic appearance, were well comfortable. Food was super tasty, the black pork curry was awesome. Excellent service. The ‘Wadakada Ella’ waterfall is in walking distance, a great journey through the woods. You have the facility to play some games like badminton, carom, chess etc. They are developing the place with more entertainments like air rifle shooting, darts and other outdoor games. Will be a good place for small gatherings as well.

Food was delicious and staff are friendly. Staff attentive and give excellent customer service. Had full board stay in here and all dishes are excellent. Road towards hotel is not even. Has some bumpy areas as it's not layed concrete for the whole road

We spent 2 nights here in May 2023. It was more than worth for the money we spent. Food was delicious and portion was mire than enough. Complete 3 course meals were offered. View was very calm and greeny. In May there was rainy climate. Natural pool and infinity view from there were eye catching Good staff and excellent service We had no single issue to mention here Thank you Birds Park ❤️

Spent two nights there in March. The location is spectacular. Unfortunately it was just after a dry season but we had one shower of rain and it brightened things up. The pool is superb. The food and service is very good.

The location is beatiful and the hotel offers to me everything I need for relaxing but also for playing sports. Everything put you in a confort zone where you can relax and enjoy the high quality of the hotel, the food and the nature.

Really nice place. Not very far from Colombo. Food is good. The manager is a real asset to the place who performs many roles in the hotel.

This was a great example of how to make the worst out of a great location. In operational level place is dirty(bathroom, mirrors, glass windows), breakfast is way below the acceptable, air conditions, fridges need a service like 10 years ago etc… What a design nightmare, forget about getting a nice sleep where you listen to the kitchen noises and the noises dragging of chairs from the open restaurant on top of your head. And then in the early morning notices again with preparation of breakfast. Walls are thin enough to hear the neighbors activities . Staff does try to do something and that one star is for that.

Precious location with GREEN nature. Tasty food. I had a great experience with the GA. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

This is fantastic meditative place with wonderful hospitable staff, beautiful interior, excellent service and delicious cuisine. It's great luck that we ended up here. In this magical place you want to enjoy life, contemplate and take your time. Thanks to the hotel staff for a great time. Suitable place for who seeks calm and silent environment. Spacious place and friendly customer service. Near to Mahamewna asapuwa and Ranagala raja maha viharaya. Rooms are not 100% soundproof.

Been there for one night with couple of families. Good place for kids specifically who are looking forward to enjoy the outdoor activities. Enjoyed the Sri Lankan food.

What a great leisure time we had at Birds Park Nature, Polgahawela. We were stay 2 nights and 3 days. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and tidy. Food was superb. View was fantastic. Calm and quiet environment. Pool and natural water fall was amazing. There were lot of activities to do. Staff were super friendly. Special thanks to manager Mr.Nuwan. Definitely we will be back again.

It's a beautiful place at a high altitude. It's really quiet. It would be great if the colors from below were made a little bit better. When coming in a 4WD vehicle

The place isn't suitable – lacking facilities, no TV, and poor customer service. Even if guests don't like it, there should be value for what's paid. Unfriendly manager, and the road to the hotel is tough and risky. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Birds Park Nature was Located at a centre of a coconut state. Surroundings are beautiful and quiet. View was excellent. There were some activities for children Had a nice time with the helpful staff .Specially the Caretaker mr. Nalin should be mentioned here. Food was delicious.

It was a great place to relax with my family. Rooms and food are of good value for money. Service was efficient and friendly. Place is highly recommended . One thing to remember though is to go to the location on a vehicle with a higher base since the road to the hotel is of quite a high altitude.

This place is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever visited. Food is very good. And the manager is a very supportive person. He is an asset to this place. Everything is good.

Pros: It's really a calm an quiet place location in the middle of a plantation(on the top of a hill). If you are visiting for the first time, I recommend to use a jeep instead of a car. Service is nice and friendly. Caretaker Nalin is very supportive and quick. Highly recommended for a weekend vacation. Reasonable price and meals are tasty and portions are more than enough. Cons: Rooms are not that sound proof. 😌

Lovely place to wind down and enjoy nature. It is a bit remote, but that is a big part of its draw as well. Very good service. Food is very nice and good value (600-1200 RS)
