I am a regular customar here at Sriyani but recently i had a very bad experience and I do not wish to shop here thereafter. Last friday (20) I was shopping and i lost my purse. My first instinct was to find the manager and complain because I had heard they close the doors and check the people if i was fast enough. But to my utter dismay the manager was very rude. His response to me telling him that I lost my purse was, and I quote 'if the purse got stolen already there is nothing we can do' .. I was outragous! But their attitudes turned a 180 when i came back with the police. They were adament that I lost it somewhere else but yesterday (21) morning they called to inform me that they found my purse inside the shop. Sriyani dress point managers need a lesson or two on customer services dare I say. Utterly dissapointed. Won't be going back again

Existing number of counters are not enough for the crowd. Parking is available but bit far from the shop. But that girl told me to wear it upon the dress I was wearing. The dresses were about 3000rs. How unfair is it to choose a dress like that?And she was following me all the time like I was a thief🤣🤣 I came to buy dresses by my money and not to take a loan. Please from now onwards concern to treat customers in a friendly manner.
