Very Poor Customer Service. They don't know how to issue a debit card. I went 4 times to link my debit card to savings account.

Time wasting place. Dissatisfied about the service. Some staffers have No respect for their customers.

When there is power failure/cut, ATMs are out of service. Although they have generator, they dont have fuel to run it. We have to wait until CEB restore the power to use ATMs. That is disappointing.....Hope that Com bank Kurunegala main branch will attend to this matter urgently.

Pro: - Day-today services are satisfactory. - CDM is adding more values. Cons: - Knowledge of front office staff in specialized services is very low. We have waited 7 days for taking some services. (Document requirement to open a current account for company, Document requirement for fund transfers to overseed account for SAS suppliers)
