Old Walawwa has been converted to a restaurant without disturbing its elegant look. Easily accesible via main road and vehicle parking is also available. Food is okey with acceptable price range. Good customer service. While they prepare the meal you may explore several areas of the Walawwa where some old souveniors, arts and portraits are displayed.

This is an old palace. It has been set up as a resturent without interfering with its design. In the early 2000s, weddings were held here, but not now. That is neutral.parking facility available Can be eaten, taken away. Also used for photo shoots, parties, etc. Nowadays, cleanliness is moderate.

Earlier it was a best place. But now the service is not good. Since last month they charged service charges for every liquor bottle ( Rs 500/-) When we try to buy liquor from them they don't have any brands that we want. We have to drink what they like. Now we can't recommend this place as a good place.

Proper place for dinning and take away facility is available too. Car parking available facing to the main road. Delicious deserts and cakes are available.

One of the great restaurants around Polgahawela , an old house that's been transformed into a dining spot. Located on the roadside when heading from Polgahawela to Kurunegala . It's known for its long-standing reputation and ample parking space . I went for dinner, so I'm not sure about breakfast or lunch options. They offer both dine-in and takeaway services 🍽️🥡🍽️🚗🅿️ For dinner, they have dishes like fried rice, kottu, and noodles . The interior design has an old-fashioned feel due to its historical location, but it might seem a bit dimly lit inside . On busy days, be prepared for a bit of a wait, as it's quite popular . You can also place orders over the phone ☎️🍚🍝💡🕒 During my last visit, I ordered a kottu, which was generously portioned for two people. I ended up taking some home for later . They provide gravy, chili paste, and sauce for the kottu.I think prices are reasonable and just keep in mind they don't accept card payments.🤗🍽️😅💳

I’m a regular visitor. Considering the geographical area this is the only proper place for a corporate meal. The service is very slow and need some huge improvements. Food is good but they will keep you more than 20min if you don’t place the order in advance.

Came to the place at 11.10 am and ordered soup for two as the lunch buffet wasn't ready. It's 11.40 am now, and still waiting for them to serve our soup. Highly disappointed about the service delivery!

Tourist area. Tourist food. No sri lankan food on menu. Staff were friendly. Said they accept visa but when I tried to pay with card machine did not work. Not happy with that at all!! Very expensive. Great views of elephants.

A very economical place for parties and dinner out near Polgahawala area. Foods are qualitative and quantitative for the money you are paying. Satisfaction level 9/10.

Visited this place after ages, with the family for dinner. First they confused the order and delivered a pork fried rice instead of a beef fried rice. In my case, it is negligible but having to see too much hair (of considerable length) on the fried pork pieces were disgusting and caused us to loose the appetite. Also, the beef pieces in the devilled beef plate and "fish" in the "sea food fried rice" were over fried but not well cooked. However, they managed to provide us another sea food fried rice replacing the pork one, upon our request. Any how our experience is not good!!! And do not like to recommend. So sorry to say that we are highly disappointed!
