Good customer service. Recommend.

This is the first Cargills Food City to open in Kurunegala about 18 years ago. Ever since they have been able to maintain their standards very well. They have a huge range of daily essentials and groceries available, similar to most of their other principal outlets. Staff is efficient and provides a great customer service. Plenty of parking space available within premises. An iconic outlet in the city.

In this super market the lady security guard is very bad. She don’t know to treat the customers pleas chek her behavior.

i forgot some of my items on the counter, and left the building. one of the staff members followed me all the way to the bus stand and gave my items back to me.

Staff is worthless. No service. Otherwise good

Entrance is very dirty. When entering it feels a disgusting smell of meat items in entire supermarket.

Good quality foods but some sri lankan products are not available like palawaththa milk powder

I had worst experience ever. I bought some medicine from pharmacy and unfortunately i needed to exchange them.but pharmacy staff(lazy middle age woman) said she is busy now with entering the stock and it will take 2 hours.she didn't even let me to contact manager. Together with some other unilever staff girl she argued that they can't exchange medicine. That uniliver girl even do not have any knowledge about medicines argued like she is the pharmacist. How ever after a long argument i was able to exchange it with a help of other staff. Worst customer service ever had...

They don't have much quality fruit and average customer service.

The first supermarket in Kurunegala. Located in a very busy area. Reasonable parking space.

Disappointed service, I just wanted to buy a bottle of whisky and people who were, in the bar, behaved silly and not even interested in selling or displaying the items... So horrible... Shame on you people

Highly recommended. Has a good parking space and a bar.

Parking access are there and it's open till very night and shopping is really easy in the evening times.

Fast and not too crowded. Contains almost everything

This is not the newest and the most modern outlet in the City, but this is the only Cargill outlet which has a liquor shop.

Can buy grocery items and many other food according to your favor. nice staff and good customer service. Space for parking vechicals is limited.

Old-school cargills. Feels unorganized and cluttered. Also there is a bit of a smell. Otherwise typical cargills experience. This one has a bar.

This outlet has more stuff than the one in the combo road. The setup is nice and convenient. But the parking space is not enough. Its fair though the premises area is also not that big. Overall this is good.
