It's a beautiful and a very 'homely' place in the heart of a calm and green space. Perfect to spend a vacation with your whole family. The rooms are spacious with lovely furniture. There's pool that you can access at any time of the day. A huge ground where you can play cricket ro badminton or even run and catch. The food was amazing and there's space for a BBQ night. It's perfect 💓

Though the place doesn't look to be properly maintained still an okay place for a relaxed getaway. rooms can accommodate about 20 people. attached bathrooms for each room and a large pool area surrounding different varieties of trees and plants which will give you a different calming effect. Definitely a good place to stay if you are willing to compromise.

We travelled across half of the country and yet we did not come across a place like this. Its a gem hidden in a twelve acre estate. We've been travelling for last 10 years and every time we depart hoping to come back. Such an amazing and a rare place it is! The hospitality and the staff is second to none with a warm welcome. Highly recommending this place to everyone.

We had a good relaxing time and got to taste some amazing food. Its a beautiful Villa surrounded by full of nature and did not feel any discomforts when I was there. Minul is a wonderful coordinator and his staff are very friendly & humble and extended to us great hospitality. Will definitely visit again soon. Keep it up.

We stayed in the bungalow for 2 nights. We were a group of about 15 people. The bungalow is not well maintained. Most of the light fixtures were not working and there wasn't a single light fitting in the dining room. The rooms were dusty and there quite a few insects. The electricity went off quite a few times during our stay there. (In total about 7 times). There was one TV without a DVD player and the remote to the TV was not working. This is not a kid friendly place and best not to take kids. There are steep stairs and no proper garden areas as there are high elevations built on the ground level it self. The bathrooms had broken fittings and for some bathrooms the flow of water was very poor. there was one water filter in the dining room but the water in the attached water bottle was literally brown colored, so we had to buy water bottles to consume during our stay there. The caretaker and the wife was friendly and the food was good. That was the only good thing, and we would not visit the place again

Great hospitality and beautiful scenery enough accommodation for 25+ guests. The rooms and pool are clean. There is plenty of space for some cricket or a hike if you are adventurous. Would definitely go again.

Good place and great hospitality. Will go again for sure. All arrangements were done as we wish and nice place to spend time with your friends. We spent and enjoyed the night till couple of hours past mid night. No hassle , dinner , drinks etc were arrange as per our need.

Lovely and peaceful location in a very natural environment. Delicious food prepared by the caretaker's wife. Excellent service by the caretaker. All of us had a great time. Love to go there again 😊

Nice, quiet & calm place with ample space. The environment was really nice and relaxing. The rooms are spacious & the food was delicious and the rooftop has a beautiful view. We enjoyed it a lot.

The bungalow is surrounded by trees and on a hill side overlooking the lake in the distance. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is also in the shade of trees and all meals were taken in a patio overlooking the garden. It was a lovely, cool and tranquil space with spacious bedrooms. Ours had both a fan and an air conditioner. The cooking was tasty and the cook very obliging. This is a wonderful getaway for families and friends. Highly recommended!

Good environment but should develop some facilities

It is perfect for me and our family. They offered us good food. Our family day out was held there. We enjoyed a lot. Hospitality is also good. There are issues with the road which is unavoidable to the management, apart from that I can say ok to that place. They charge less considering the other places and customer friendly adjustable options may be due to the road difficulty. BTW this is place is so good and I can say any oops in the management , food and the place.
