A nice and calm environment. Good for family outings. A swimming pool is there and changing rooms are not maintained neatly. Need more attention to cleaniness of wash rooms, they are old, and haven't cleaned. Restaurant crowd is friendly and caring. Prices are reasonable.

The landscaping must be improved. At night the garden in the dark, must fixing garden lights. Meals are very sweet and hospitality service of the staff is very good. Rooms are in good condition but TV is not worked. Nice pool but I not used it , so I can't tell something about it. Overall I recommend this place as a place where that you have to be there, but there are many things to be improved.

I went there for a wedding of my friend. Attractive place which is under construction. After finish the constructions it will be a good place. But service from the staff is bit not satisfactory. I think giving a good training will improve that.

Completely food is disgusting.after 10 mnts placing the buffet food was really cold.there was no burners for the food container to keep the food warm.

The rooms and bed linen are not good . Rooms Bathrooms are very dirty. Food is not great at all . Only the garden is nice . This hotel is in very law standard .

Spend a one night here. Staff is friendly and supportive. Room was clean but the bathroom wasn't cleaned enough. 10 acres hotel with beautiful environment. Bead tea wasn't good but the Breakfast was good and tasty. Will definitely come back.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. The swimming pool is not cleaned & the filtering system is not working. There changing room is very dirty. You cannot go to that bathroom. The room facilities are very poor &the bathroom is also,not satisfied with the food.

There is no proper routes (roads) to rooms. there was a water line damage in the night but it was fixed. Bill was wrong & had to correct it. They have added next room's meals to my bill. Bathroom was not cleaned my for the price.

Good food for reasonable price, no corkage was charged.. Kids enjoyed the pool in our day outing and the hotel did not charge for that.. Overall a cool place to family gatherings..

So Lanka holiday resorts did an amazing work on our wedding which was held on 24th of November 2023. The atmosphere was awesome and the every food and drink on the menu tasted great. We were so well taken care by the management and the staff. So, we are so thankful and appreciate of everyone's hard work.. We highly recommended Soba Lanka Holiday Resorts... Good luck🥂❤

Totally not worth the price.First we had to wait for more than an hour to check in even the check in time was stated as 3pm and also we did inform we were going to arrive exactly at 3pm. The swimming pool was very crowded so we decided to skip it. And the rooms were disgusting with dirty bedsheets and pillow with stains. The management refused the refund of the advance we paid when we complained of the experience.

Excellently blending with nature, the hotel is surrounded by a calm and peaceful environment. The rooms are clean and neat, and the food is fantastic highlighting local flavors. The staff is friendly and is very attentive. It's the perfect blend of nature and hospitality for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very Poor & Disgusting Service From this overly Hyped Place. •In lunch buffet they offer us only one Piece of Chicken & they asking not to get more. •Bathroom is Very dirty, Door Lock also Broken & Drainage Water Blocked. •Room is Too small for a 5 Person Pax & TV Channel’s are not Working •Garden is Not Cleaned & there’s Mud Pit & Mosquitoes after 4PM • Pool is ok • They are not Cleaning Previous Night Dinner Plates till next day Morning & It’s an awful Feeling for all of us. •We Purchased Full Board Night Out Package & After 9:30 PM they Closed Pool & Restaurant without a prior Notice. •They have not Arranged Towels, Blankets or Soaps for Anyone. One of the Worst Experiences I Ever had

Even if we confirmed our arrival at 3 pm, they waited till us get there to start cleaning the rooms. There were vomit stains and all kind of stains in pillows and bed sheets. Bathrooms also were very dirty. So we decided to cancel the trip and asked for even a half refund and they refused to refund a single penny.
