Not even worth one star! The front desk employees are the worst ppl I have ever met. I called them before visiting the hospital and they confirmed the doctor I was hoping to see will be available but when I reach there they say that the doctor is not available. The worst customer service ever. On top of that when I said I called them before visiting they were telling us we don't know what you asked by calling here. What a wonderful answer that is!! Shame on you cooperative hospital! Never recommend this to anybody ๐Ÿคข๐Ÿคฎ

Date-17/04/2023 Booked a AC room (room 122) AC was not working and informed the staff about the issue, after one hour a technician came and repaired it but again ,after 15 mins AC was not working we complained again and nothing happened next day morning they brought a fan to the room. Very bad experience in a reputed private hospital.

A place without responsibility. What kind of place is a hospital? It is a question of awareness. Even when a x-ray is taken, the exact location cannot be obtained. They donโ€™t admit their mistakes. Aren't they playing with peopleโ€™s health and money? ๐Ÿคฎ

I hope patients attendants/ nurses should aware how to be polite and practice highly maintain discipline to patients while they are waiting till doctors on a que . I'm not publishing anything in public without a clear reason . Today I had an extremely disgusting ,unpleasant experience while I was waiting to consult my medical reports with the doctor . She was never trained how to be polite to the patient , how to be kind to the patient , how to understand the patient's tension and mind . I believe at the time of interviewing these positions the higher management should be very careful and aware to shortlist the best quality staff as doctor's channel room assistance position . I hope the higher management should be carefully monitored about these nurses behaviours because their unprofessional ,rude attitudes could be negativity effected , patient's mental health as well as your hospital in general even they consulted best doctor .

Doctors are always late. Sometimes more than 4 hours. But they dont refund our money. Also front desk ladies doesnโ€™t know how to talk with customers, just like ordinary government hospitle. Really dissatisfied.

Bad customer service. They don't share the bill breakdown when discharging. When we asked, they always said they are busy, can't cooperate. Waited the whole day from morning to 10:30 PM just because the doctor isn't there to discharge. Not for the treatments. To see if we have charged for that time too, we asked for a bill breakdown and they didn't issue any. At least they could've cooperate with us since we are customers, but they were very unprofessional. Can't believe why they treat us that way even when it's a paid hospital.

I am writing this review from a doctor's perspective. The professionalism of the nurses in this institute is absolutely remarkable. I have never seen such discipline in any government hospital. They respect both the patient and the doctor and working with them has always been a very pleasent experience. There is much for arrogant goverment sector nurses to learn from them.

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in the area. If you want to get well go to another hospital. if you want to die or suicide this is the best way and best place. Wash rooms are worse than all public wash rooms. You cannot wait near by rooms even. No customer care and they do not know what is customer care even. They think because of them others coming there. Most of the customers complaining about there behavior. They are replying queries very irresponsible. They do not know what they are saying. Some of patients are asking for refunds. All these experienced by me in just two days

Facilities are favourable compared to other private hospitals in kurunegala. But I am not satisfied with their costomer service. Specially the front office employees. They are not friendly with the patients. We are choosing private hospitals instead of gvt hospitals, not because of the quality, but to obtain more care and comfort . But here we can't clarify anything about doctor appointments over the phone. They are not having telephone manners. Suggest management to give them a proper trainning on telephone manners.

This place is crowded after 4pm usually. Better to check the SMS before arriving to the hospital as most of the doctors dont come on time usually. The car park is allowed only for the families of the admitted patients and doctors only. No visitor's cars are allowed. Hospital receptionists are good and serves better. But some nurses are nervous thinking they 're the doctors. But all overthe hospital ia very much better than a government hospital. ++ Pls remove the seatings. Today I saw 2 patients fallen down without seeing the long arm of those aluminum seats.

I went to get someone's CT scan last week. There is no procedure for examining patients. The first to arrive will have to wait until the last minute. Checks are worth a lot if they can be done in order

Very poor nursing care for inward patients. Telephone operators are very negligent. Only the doctorโ€™s services are satisfactory. Good quality pvt hospitals like Asiri will have a very good chance in kurunegala due to higher pt load and unavailability of good quality pvt hospitals

Hospital Groups in the private sector, why you are not interested in establishing Ur branch in Kurunegala. U hav ample opportunities here... We get here just because of no other options within the close proximate and the time factor. We dont bother the rate, but the service standards.... #NawalokaHospitals #DurdansHospitals #AsiriHospitals

Obviously, this was a bad experience I faced in the OPD section at the co-operative hospital. A few days ago I was sick with a heavy fever, body ache, headache, and fainting and unfortunately, I was stuck with my work as well. There was a senior doctor at the OPD with sleepy eyes in the middle of the afternoon. He wouldn't bother to check me or even listen to me. He said you have a cold and continue your work. However, I was not satisfied with the way he treated me and met a different doctor in a different place. Later he diagnosed me and said I have virus flu and I must stay away from work for at least five days and take a rest.

Admitted five days for the treatment .Ward staff and operation theater staff were excellent .Very disappointed with bathroom cleaning and room cleaning .Nobody recheck or follow those things. No even a water bottle for free. Bathroom floor was very unpleasant . Charges are very high.If we claimed by our insurance they will definitely increased the hospital bill.No any proper continuing power supply.might be a problem with their generator . There has no any options in kurunegala for private hospitals .Thats why they are not trying to increase there facilities and standards . Anyway Thank you very much for the medical staff.

Friendly and kind staff but poor coordination between radiology department and the medical staff. My father had to wait extra 4 hours for a scan. Do not recommend this hospital if you have to take scan reports. Worst experience I ever had.

Average private hospital in Kurunegala town. Very limited car park and its full all the time. It is crowded most of the times as there is no such average hospital in Kurunegala town . Pharmacy and canteen locates outside the hospital premises. Service is average. Should have improve better than this.

Even though the outer facilities of this hospital has been developed with modern facilities, the service remain unsatisfied especially from front office. Parking space has always been a major issue as sideways of the main road is spilled with vehicles. Since the hospital is located in heavily densed environment, the congestion both inside and outside the hospital is intense.

today I happen to visit the cooperative hospital to meet Dr. Sanjaya Uduwerella to get advice on my cousin's wife. the experience was bitter. the nurse who was helping the doctor is an irrespectful person who takes the patients for granted. Starting from the front office to the nurses I only can say that don't have any kindness within them. They are the rudest people. As patients and since we pay to get consultation we hope for a better service from all the staff at the Kurunegala branch. We look forward to pleasant people not rude and inhuman people.

Worst OPD ever. No staff to arrange the queue and no tokens. People just come and enter the OPD without minding the queue. Even the nurses dont care about it and stay like blind ones. WORST SERVICE. Dont even deserve 1 star.

I'm not a fan of this hospital. It can be very crowded there, which is usually annoying and I've had to wait for hours for the pharmacy.

Very poor maintenance of bathrooms attached to patient's rooms, failed to repair a water leake which was flooding the wash room for 4 days so i had to transfer my father in law (patient) with a wounded foot, to another hospital. And failed supply drinking water for nearly 10hrs and had to purchase from outside. The consultant was failed to visit the patient for nearly 48hrs. Then he informed that the wound is infected and need surgery. Plus verry poor customer service ๐Ÿ‘Ž had the worst experience in a paid hospital. Not recomended for residential medical treatments๐Ÿ‘Ž

Kurunegala CO-OP Hospital is a very bad hospital, please donโ€™t go to this hospital for any situation. they are don't know how to respect the pregnant women. If you need to get medical treatment please use another private hospital or Kurunegala government hospital. Donโ€™t go this hospital. They need to know how to respect the customer (patient) because we are pay money to get medical treatment and consultation. This hospital treat there patients not like a human. If you need to get bad experience this is the best place.

I got the service here. Really very good. Friendly address made my job easier. There was a setback in the call center but the service was relatively high.

They lack good equipment in the operation theater despite charging high fees. The condition of the toilets is worse than that of public toilets. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The nurses are also unqualified, as one of them administered antibiotics at the wrong time. The doctor reprimanded the nurse after the patient's condition deteriorated, and then the patient was transferred to the general hospital in Kurunegala.

Had a very bad experience in channeling ENT Surgoen Dr. Anuruddha Kiridena. my daughters nose was blocked with some unknown object and went to see this doctor. Then he said that there were no anything in the Norse. But after 2 days my daughter was very sick. Then I went to Asiri hospital Kandy. They found 1 inch bigger than pastel stick in the Norse and removed it. Please donโ€™t go there. Donโ€™t risk life of your loved ones. Specially going to see this doctor

The receptionists are the WORST! They never answer the phone even if itโ€™s an emergency. And they have the worst attitude ever. As you are service people who provide a service to patients for money, consider about it when recruiting receptionists.
