A Great hotel.Great Food and Nice pool with good service

What an unpleasant place and bad service!! I hate the place and never recommend this place as a good place to stay.😖😖😖😖🤮🤮🤮🤮 Their room service is nil..🤐🤐food is disgusting. Recently we had a one night stay here. The dinner was really unpleasant. The food was neither warm nor tasty. No taste at all. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 They do not offer quality foods for the money they charge. As a local tour guide, I never recommend anybody to go there. Bad management. You are a shame to our country. 👎👎👎👎👎👎🖕🖕🖕

Have Very nice staff. But for the price, quality of the wedding hall is not enough. You can find better places around kurunegala with better wedding packages than here. But hotel jave more space and nice view.

We had our wedding at the hotel ballroom on 23rd August 2023. The buffet was really great and all the food was very delicious, the service and the assistance of the staff were perfect, so we didn’t have to worry a bit on our big day because of their excellent service. We also received a free room when we booked the wedding hall and the room was also arranged nicely. Thank you so much for your great service. Definitely can recommend it to others.

A best place to visit. The receptionist and the staff welcomed us warmly. We stayed here for a day and the Food was excellent, the room was very spacious and clean, the pool is vast with many activities, staff are very attentive, moreover this place was beyond expectation. I would strongly recommend this place for a family, friends or staff stay.

I stayed 4 Nights at this hotel and all were good. I booked single room and room was very big and well clean. Food also very delicious. The hotel is big old one and it doesn’t seem its very old hotel. Thanks and I recommend this place

Food are excellent. Staff from Security officer to Manager are very friendly and good. Facilities provided are good. FOOD IS EXCELLENT. I would give 5 stars if the premises are looks modern enough. need a bit more enhancements.

This review is regarding the restaurant. The food options in the restaurant is now lackluster with only very few options. But the food is of great quality. Had Mixed Chopsuey Rice (5 950 LKR) which is meant for 4 adults. But it was more than enough for 5 adults and it was good all round. Tempura Calamari (1 500 LKR) was top knotch! Passion Fruit Drink (500 LKR) was also great. Tropical Bay Breeze Cocktail (1 100 LKR) was extremely disappointing. It was tasteless and bland. Service was great. Bill processing is bit too slow.

Extremely high prices.. yesterday we ordered 3 fried rice and it was made with low quality rice.. and served in plates.. devilled chicken, devilled mushroom and 3 milkshakes with green salad where quality is very low.. costed rs.9800.00.. Not at all worthed.. simply taking money for nothing.. i never recommend this place to anyone

I have went to the 25 june this hotel for wedding. The worse dininng experience ever for wedding... A long wait for food... dessert (papaya) was slices cut two days early.... poor food quality.... Sleepy service etc...

We had a great experience!! the staff with the management was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate any type of function. Highly recommended

Nice view, good foods and drinks, friendly service

Stayed over during a business visit. Lobby area was nice and interior was new and attractive. Restaurant was clean and service was good. While food was good, prices seemed to be quite on the high side. Room was clean (I believe there would be a new wing as well) but looked old and not-so-well maintained. I’m attaching a few photos together with the review. Overall, slightly pricy but decent option for a short business visit. Room condition is not preferred if I am looking for a vacation stay.

They have 'set menus'. We had chicken soup, cheese koththu, Chicken fried rice with devilled chicken. The chicken soup was delicious. Chicken devilled was spicy n salty. I don't recommend the fruit salad. Bcz it was papaya salad more than fruit salad.

Deluxe Rooms are better. And the standard ones use to look like Railway Quarters.. convenient for quick rest but not for vacation. What amazed me was the Chocolate mousse.. Ordered a Mousse and I got a Swiss Roller Cake half cut with chocolate syrup beside it

Highly recommended. 👌 Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We even had a very late check in due to our delayed flight but staffs are still very accommodating and greeted us with smiles when we arrived. The foods at the restaurant are the best. Even the servings are huge. Our room is clean and we had the best view which we loved the most. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends who wants to visit the area. I came here for a wedding of my friend. the staff is very friendly and helpful. foods are quite tasty and well served. the reception hall also very pleasant and clean. I saw a normal size swimming pool also. recommended place to anyone for a celebration.

Don't go here and there to find a hotel in Kurunegala. There is no other place to stay in Kurunegala. They have very reasonable room charges and delicious Sri Lankan foods. I got a double room for both of us and my two kids but they did not charged additionally even for meals. Very good staff. Very healpful. Highly recommended.

I have stayed one night here back in 2018, that was a average accommodation. Room was so spacious but bit too outdated. After that night, visited this hotel several times and got say that the food was really good. It's really worth for what you pays.

One of the worst stay… They have so called Deluxe Room category with very high pricing, hygiene is not there at all.. not enough water coming from the showers… bidet shower is not working… Not recommend at all…

Best place to have a full course meal in Kurunegala.

Not clean enough toilets in the restaurant and sometimes food tastes old specially the deserts are frozen like hell that you feel the icy parts when you have a bite.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for business purpose in Kurunegala, Standard room of the hotel its just look like cheap hotel rooms, so dont think of going there. And deluxe new rooms, quite good , but wont give you the vibes of 18000rs, So food was good , expensive doesn’t matter until and unless its worth for it. Would not recommend to husband and wife, family specially .

Good place for a stay. But there are some drawbacks as follows: *WiFi is not working *TV is just atenna tv, it would be better to put atleast a peotv or dialog connection *Bed Tea is given for Free of charge but it is not told from the hotel that it is given for free when doing the booking! Unless we ask for the bed tea they do not serve!

Do not stay here.. so calles deluxe room is having a cheap door with a unsafe lock.A/c is not wrking.coridors are filled with cigarette smell.Food was not tasty at all.worst hotel i have ever been.
