Very good service provided. Very frindly staff. Used to travel daily before few years. Now I not offtenly use train for travelling, but still go time to time. Still there are friendly staff there.

Best hometown for living

Can arrive the town by bus route as well train route also. Ancient Jumma masjid located front of Railway station. Can buy bike spear parts for reasonable price in YMR MOTORS on wadakada Road just passing the station. Great city for multiple businesses. Fuel filling station, banks and police station located on colombo Road.

Main sub train station between polgahawela and kurunegala with average facilities and helpful staff. Most of the trains are stopping except few intercities.

It is a main sub-station that can be easily reached from Kurunegala. 50-60 meters to Colombo 6 main road. Many household items are available in Potuhera town.
