It's a 5-star service at a small place. Rohan was managing the place during our visit. He was very helpful and we had an awesome experience. Activities were fun. Kudos to staff!

Highly Recommended!! But there are some stuffs that the owners can do to improve the experience!! First I'd like to say that the property manager Mr.Rohan and the care taker Mr. Uplai did a great job to make sure our stay was a remarkable one. And so it was a great experience. Everyone really enjoyed it. Location and the view is breathtaking. So is the amenities and interior and exterior design. It felt like we are in Bali for few minutes. Actually loved it. Food are so delicious definitely worth the price. As they have mentioned in the PDF (which is available in their website) all the activities were there. Target shooting, Tractor ride and for food there are several choice where you can choose any for yourself. (But varieties may depends on the head count) WiFi is great. Boards games are also nice. Beds are comfy and wash rooms are clean. So is the Pool. There is a bluetooth speaker and that gives you the vibe. Plus me and my friend were so hyped to ride the ATV, but it wasnt available at that day because it was broken (as the property manger said the customers who used it previously did damages to it. I dont know which one should take the blame, whether the guys who used it recklessly or the owners for not having an extra ATV) Hair dryer, Tooth paste were missing. (As per my experiences at other places, these things are available) For a toothpaste they charged 200LKR. We had our lunch on the day we checked out. So the thing was even they have mentioned 2 choices in the Lunch Menu, without even prior informing or asking, they gave us Lump Rice and Caramel (They were delicious, but it felt like they gave us what they had left) Its better if you can contact them before arriving. Because If you are following the Google maps direction it may give you hard times hard to reach to the right location, because its a huge Coconut estate. If not ask the direction from the villagers for the main entrace (Newly build Hotel at the Galhena Estate) (ගල්හේන වත්ත). I'll share a pic as well. Kudos to the team!

This is a wonderful location which is inclusive of everything. Especially, can enjoy the variety of natural beauty. Facilities are excellent along with wonderful hospitality. Surely, wish to go there once again to enjoy in a calm environment. By words only cannot explain the attraction. Needs to go there and enjoy.

Villa seems bit compact. The food was tasty and the portion size was also reasonable. Bit overpriced compared to other villas. Drinking water is not provided with the meals.

I can say whole experience by one word, "WOW".will visit again.It is a private villa.Can sing karoke and do air riffle.Friendly staff.food is great.For an additional fee, you can go a hike to Paangala, go around the village by a tractor and visit a secret waterfall.If you want to get the experience of a slip of 'kithul Ra', must inform them in the morning on your visit or beforehand😊

I visited this place with my husband on our honeymoon. I have no words to describe the experience we had. The food was served on time, and it was absolutely tasty! The helper was very friendly and he worked on time with our requirements and orders. The location is peaceful, relaxing, and has plenty of room. Comfortable, cozy and an amazing place!

Nothing is too difficult for him. Rohan the Manager is also very friendly and helpful. Don't miss the tractor ride through the village! It is so real.....like a Sinhala Tele drama! Wifi is excellent. Enjoy the Sri Lankan nature.

Excellent private villa, highly recommended and must have experience for people who value calm and relaxing nature. Kids and us enjoyed every bit of our stay and looking forward to visit again. Fantastic staff and service, Mr Upali and team were welcoming and very helpful. Awesome food and hospitality by the lady (forgot to ask the name) who prepared our meals. You can enjoy the sun rise with freshly made “Kolakanda” and floating breakfast. Value for money.

The location of this place is beautiful and the setting is very comfortable. However the road to the location is terrible. I wouldn't have minded that if the service was good. They treated us like we are staying there for free. The service is terrible and worst of all is the food. If you expect someone to pay the price of this place then you will have to really consider building your service and hiring someone who is actually a chef. We had to ask them to prepare something they can actually make as the menu they provided on the first day dinner was hands down the worst food we have ever eaten. Both Sri Lankan and international food was terrible. Soggy fries, burnt dessert, soggy fried rice. This place is way overpriced for what they are willing to offer.

Fantastic stay at Coconut escapes. Fantastic location and amazing views! The early morning hike up Pangala was unreal.

Place is good but quite uncomfortable with the privacy cuz the swiming pool is in a open area. Be aware if your going with the your partner. A outsider can easily access the pool area and the villa. Otherwise the staff and the location is 100%.

Highly recommend. Not a single complain. Perfect place to get away from the busy life and relax your self with family or friends. Have to mention the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! We are definitely going back again soon!

The villa was excellent. Great View, The rooms were very clean and cosy. Kids loved the experience too. Definitely going to visit again. Golf carts are sent to pick you up before the last 600m. Great Adventure activities. A hidden gem.

We visited Coconut Escapes Yesterday. First of all We have to appreciate the customer service. We were served by Mr. Upali, A very friendly person. I took care of our every need and always greeted us with friendly smile. Food was great, we had a variety of food to choose from. The view is breath taking, Evening as well as the morning. Pool and other accommodation was very clean and washrooms are also in excellent condition. There is no any compliant report what so ever. Thank you for having us and thank you for the great memories. Will visit this place again soon.

One of the best hotels I have visited. The views are spectacular and the rooms are cozy. Kudos to the super friendly staff and the management. During this pandemic, they make sure to feel us safe. Good place to spend your holidays with friends, rooms accomadates 9 people, but they provide extra beds if u need more. Food is delicious. There are various activities like rifle shooting, tractor ride around the village. You can play cricket in night time as well. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Google map directions are wrong, wont be much of an issue as it shows the location correctly. Only downside was the lack of a swimming pool.

Not upto standerd parking places are not safe. Rooms floor is very slippery and dangerous to go on. Need high ground clearence vehical to travel. Not recommended.
